What is the theme of 'Get Your Fire Back'?

The title points to reigniting energy, drive and sense of purpose. Evolve frames its retreats around restoration, renewal, and realigning with purpose through practices meant to have lasting impact. The organizer's page doesn't list the specific daily sessions, so check the registration page for the schedule.

Will I be guided through the retreat if I've never done one like this?

Evolve says guests are guided every step of the way, with expert-led sessions and curated experiences at luxury resorts. Its stated aim is a safe, supportive and immersive environment, so you don't need prior retreat experience to join.

Is another retreat happening at Alila Mayakoba the same weekend?

Yes. Evolve also lists Renew The Menopause Gut with Cynthia Thurlow at Alila Mayakoba on the same dates. It is a separate retreat with a different leader and focus, so make sure you register for Soar if Rebecca Kordecki's program is the one you want.

Acerca de Este Evento

Descripción

Soar Retreat – Get Your Fire Back is a wellness retreat led by Rebecca Kordecki at Alila Mayakoba, a resort on the Riviera Maya in Quintana Roo, Mexico. It is presented by Evolve Retreats, which pairs wellness leaders with resort settings, and it is meant for people who want time to restore body, mind and spirit and to reconnect with their own energy and purpose.

What to Expect

Evolve describes its retreats as spaces for renewal, me-time and deep connection, built around expert-led sessions and practices meant to leave a lasting impression. Soar sits within that approach, with Rebecca Kordecki guiding the gathering under the theme of getting your fire back. Evolve frames its retreats as supportive and immersive, and says guests are guided at each step, so a first retreat is no obstacle.

The Setting

Alila Mayakoba lies on the Riviera Maya coast of Quintana Roo. Evolve retreats are typically held at boutique resorts and are usually all-inclusive, covering meals and accommodation. Guests arrange and pay for their own travel to and from the retreat, and airfare is not included.

Before You Go

You do not need experience with yoga, meditation or other wellness practices. Evolve designs its retreats for all levels, and the invitation is simply to say yes to yourself and your growth.

Coming alone is welcome. Evolve says solo guests are received warmly and often leave with lasting friendships, and its guests describe feeling nervous about arriving solo and then finding the group welcoming.

Soar is one of two Evolve retreats held at Alila Mayakoba in the same stretch of time, so keep in mind that this page describes the Soar retreat with Rebecca Kordecki specifically.
