Reagan's teaching blends creative Vinyasa with traditional asana. Reagan Sobel, E-RYT 500, has practiced yoga regularly since 2016 and has been teaching since 2019. She is passionate about guiding students to evolve deeper into their practice. Away from the mat, she is usually spending time in the sun, reading, or traveling somewhere new, which makes a retreat in the Sacred Valley a natural fit.
