About Kristi Kuttner

Kristi Kuttner guides rest practices for people who are ready to soften, set down the pressure and return to their heart. Through Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound healing and Reiki, she creates spaces rooted in safety, intuition and nervous system care. She describes her intention as offering "intentional liberating rest."

Her own healing shaped her path. She has said she used energy work, meditation and yoga to heal hormonal imbalance, anxiety, depression and insomnia, and that this experience led her to share these tools with others. She also says she has practiced energy work her whole life and has always been intuitive and sensitive to energy. Kristi holds a 500-hour yoga teacher training, completed with Uplifted Yoga. For anyone considering a Reiki 1 training, her background means the practice is taught by someone who is a Reiki Master and who works with the body and nervous system in her other teaching.

The Setting

Trilogy Sanctuary is a yoga and aerial studio in La Jolla that hosts yoga trainings, workshops, dance and music events, and special classes. It offers around 90 weekly mat and aerial classes, so the Reiki training takes place in a working community studio rather than a one-off rented room.
