Passion, Power and Love (EarthSpirit Whole Centre)

Passion, Power and Love is a tantra retreat held over the turn of the year at the EarthSpirit Centre in Compton Dundon, Somerset. It is led by relationship coach and Art of Being® teacher Jan Day and her team, and it is for anyone who wants to bring more openness, warmth and intimacy into their everyday life and relationships. It takes place in the Whole Centre and runs across the New Year period, from the end of one year into the start of the next.

What to Expect

The retreat explores how we can become more open to the sacred, the joyful and the sensual in daily life. The central idea is that every touch, whether it arrives through feelings, the body or words, can become a way of waking up to your passion, your power and your presence.

Over the days, participants discover what the organizer calls the inner lover and deepen their experience of what it means to be intimate. The intention is to feel happier in yourself and to bring more of yourself and your gifts into the world around you. The work is relational, so expect to be in contact with other people throughout, with a team supporting Jan Day rather than a single teacher holding the room alone.

The material does not give a daily timetable or session times, so the specific shape of each day is best left to the facilitators to describe.

About Jan Day

Jan Day is a relationship coach and an Art of Being® teacher. She leads Living Tantra Training at the EarthSpirit Centre, which runs as a series of residential blocks through the year in the Whole Centre, and Passion, Power and Love is part of that ongoing work. She teaches with a team.

The Setting

EarthSpirit Centre sits at Compton Dundon in Somerset, in the countryside of the Somerset Levels, close to Glastonbury. The centre is made up of the Main Centre, the Whole Centre and a self-contained eco centre called Little Earth. This retreat is held in the Whole Centre. Other retreats at the centre describe vegetarian meals made with locally sourced, organic and home-grown produce, with dietary needs catered for, and en-suite rooms at Little Earth. The nearest train station is Castle Cary.

The retreat suits people who are curious about tantra as a path of intimacy, connection and embodied presence, whether they come on their own or are exploring relationships more broadly.
