Acerca de Este Evento

Descripción

This is a seven-night Panchakarma program at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, an Ayurveda retreat in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. It suits anyone who wants to spend a week in a dedicated Ayurvedic setting and take their health into their own hands, in the way the centre describes its healing programs.

Panchakarma is the centre's core offering, and it runs as a residential stay. This week-long departure is one of several that start on the same day. Guests who want more time can stay for fourteen or twenty-one nights from the same arrival, so the seven-night stay can be extended if a week feels too short.

The Shape of the Stay

The program runs for seven nights. Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud schedules its Panchakarma stays in weekly blocks of seven, fourteen and twenty-one nights, so each departure has a clear beginning and end. Some departures are held for private groups, but this one is part of the regular calendar and open to individual guests.

The Place

The program takes place at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, in Ubud, in the highlands of Bali. Ubud is widely known as a centre for yoga, wellness and traditional healing, which makes it a natural home for an Ayurveda retreat in Bali.

Before You Go

Choose your length of stay when you reserve: seven nights for this program, or fourteen or twenty-one nights from the same start.

Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud offers a 10% saving on Panchakarma stays of 7, 10, 14, 21 or 28 nights to Indonesian citizens and holders of a KITAS or KITAP residence permit. Terms and conditions apply, so check them with the centre when you reserve.

If you hope to extend your stay or your preferred week is full, the centre keeps a waiting list and will let you know if a place opens up.
