Acerca de Este Evento

Descripción

Panchakarma at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud is a seven-night Ayurveda retreat in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, for people who want to spend a week in a residential Panchakarma programme. Panchakarma is the traditional Ayurvedic approach to cleansing and restoring the body, and this stay is a focused week given over to it at a centre devoted to Ayurveda.

What to Expect

This departure is a seven-night programme. Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud also runs Panchakarma stays of 14 and 21 nights from many of the same start dates, so guests who want a longer course can often extend the same arrival into a second or third week.

Some weeks at the centre are reserved for private groups, which are marked as such on the calendar. This seven-night departure is not listed as one of them, so it is open to individual guests. When a preferred date is fully booked, the centre keeps a list and lets people know if a place opens up, so it is worth asking if your first choice is full.

The Setting

The programme takes place at Oneworld Ayurveda in Ubud, in Bali, Indonesia. Ubud is long established as a centre for yoga, healing and contemplative travel on the island, which makes it a natural home for a week of Ayurvedic care.

Before You Go

Indonesian nationals and holders of a KITAS or KITAP residence permit can take 10% off Panchakarma stays of 7, 10, 14, 21 or 28 nights, subject to the centre's terms and conditions. This applies to residents only, so guests travelling from abroad should not expect it.

Details of daily treatments, meals and rooms are arranged by the centre itself, so it is best to ask Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud directly about your own needs, health history and anything you should prepare before arriving.
