Oneness Shathayu Discover (Only for Indians), Ekam Sattva Campus

The Oneness Shathayu Discover is a spiritual retreat at the Ekam Sattva Campus in Varadaiahpalem, Andhra Pradesh, India, open to Indian participants only. It is meant for people who want to move out of stress and a sense of separation toward inner stillness, and it draws on the meditation teachings of Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, the founders' voices behind Ekam and the Oneness movement.

What to Expect

Ekam describes its vision as igniting individual consciousness and guiding people toward the realization of Oneness. The retreat is framed as a way to let go of struggle and move toward peace, wisdom and awakening, with a focus on healing, deeper relationships and a clearer sense of purpose.

Meditation is central to the Ekam approach. The practices taught there include:

- Soul Sync Meditation, a 9-minute morning practice that works with relaxation, alpha brainwave rhythms and setting an intention for the day.
- Serene Mind, a 3-minute practice aimed at calming the brain's fear center and improving focus and emotional regulation.
- Ekam Health Practice, a breath-based meditation drawing on ancient yogic traditions, working with three energies of the subtle body: Ojas, Tejas and Prana.
- Ekam Prayer, a practice for moments of difficulty, transition, or when you wish to hold a loved one in prayer.
- Ekam Mantra, the six-syllable chant Humsa Sohum Ekam, which can be recited 11, 28, 48 or 108 times with breath awareness and a clear intention.

Ekam also offers wider programs such as Tapas, a path of inward self-discovery, and the Oneness Abundance Festival.

About Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji

Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji designed the meditation practices taught at Ekam. These combine ancient yogic wisdom with modern insight and were developed through brain research at the Oneness consciousness lab, in collaboration with scientific communities. Sri Preethaji is addressed as Mukti Guru, and the Ekam Mantra was revealed to her within the sanctum of Ekam.

The Setting

The retreat takes place at Ekam, in the village of Varadaiahpalem in Andhra Pradesh, at the Sattva Campus. Ekam is the center from which the Oneness practices and programs are offered, and its sanctum is the place where the Ekam Mantra is said to have come.

Before You Go

This edition is open only to Indians. The practices described above are short and approachable, and several can be done on their own, so no prior meditation experience is suggested as a barrier.
