Ireland Retreat 2027, Temple House, County Sligo

Ireland Retreat 2027 is a small-group women's wellness retreat at Temple House Estate in County Sligo, Ireland, led by yoga teacher, somatic coach and breathwork teacher Heather Nichole of Roaming Sisterhood. It runs six days at a historic Irish estate and is built around myth, movement and wild beauty. It suits women who are already doing the work of growing, through journaling, therapy or simple noticing, and want to go deeper in the body, somewhere wild, alongside other women who are still becoming too.

What to Expect

Roaming Sisterhood retreats are intimate by design, with 10 to 15 women and never a crowd. The aim is a few days to put down your phone, move your body, and remember who you are outside your responsibilities. This is not a retreat for people who feel stuck, and nobody needs to have it all figured out. Guests describe wanting real connection rather than surface-level conversation, and the shared meals and circles are designed to turn strangers into friends quickly.

Most women come on their own. About 70 percent of guests book solo, and the nervousness about not knowing anyone usually fades by the first dinner. Support starts before you arrive, with help on flights and packing and a group chat for the group before you go.

About Heather Nichole

Heather Nichole is a yoga teacher, somatic coach, retreat leader and nervous system practitioner based in Temecula, California. She is known for Roaming Sisterhood, her small-group women's retreats in places such as Zion, Costa Rica, Thailand, Yosemite and Ireland, and for teaching breathwork, embodiment and mindful movement.

Her work grows out of lived experience. She spent a decade as an award-winning destination photographer, then a 20-year marriage ended and burnout cracked her open. She rebuilt her life as a single mother of three, and says that period taught her that we don't heal by hustling, we heal by coming home to ourselves. Nervous system regulation, somatic coaching and adventure that puts a person back in the body are what she found worked, and what she now shares. She describes her role as holding the container so the women in the room don't have to hold it all.

The Setting

The retreat takes place at Temple House Estate, a historic estate in County Sligo, on the west coast of Ireland. Rooms are limited, which keeps the group small.

No special experience is described as a requirement, and the retreat is meant for women at many stages of life.
