Ecstasy of Enlightenment with Sadhguru: Jaipur

Ecstasy of Enlightenment with Sadhguru is a full-day spiritual gathering and meditation program held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC). It is led in person by Sadhguru, founder of the Isha Foundation, and is meant for people who have already completed Inner Engineering, including Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, and want to spend a day in guided processes and meditations in the Isha Yoga tradition.

The program is described as more than another meditation session: a doorway to higher states of awareness, and an exploration of ecstasy as a quality of life.

What to Expect

The day runs from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST, about nine and a half hours with Sadhguru leading in person. Powerful meditations and guided processes are conducted across the day, intended to open higher states of awareness. Participants also have the opportunity to bring their questions to Sadhguru directly.

Instruction is in English, with live translation into Hindi. Someone who understands English but does not speak it can take part comfortably. The program is in person only, with no livestream or recording, and photos and videos are not permitted inside the program hall.

About Sadhguru

Sadhguru was born Jaggi Vasudev in Mysore, India, into a traditional South Indian family. As a child he was drawn to nature, often exploring the forests and hills around his hometown, and he was curious about life and existence from an early age. After his studies he worked in various businesses, until a profound experience while sitting on a rock on Chamundi Hill set him on the path of spirituality and yoga. He went on to found the Isha Foundation, whose flagship program, Inner Engineering, combines yoga and meditation practices for mental clarity and emotional wellbeing.

The Setting

The JECC is in Sitapura, in the RIICO Industrial Area of Sanganer, on the Jaipur-Kota Highway (NH 52). It is about 12 km from Jaipur International Airport, 14 km from Gandhinagar Railway Station, 18 km from Jaipur Junction and 19 km from Sindhi Camp Bus Stand. More than 8,000 participants are expected, and parking at the venue is limited, so shared shuttles are encouraged.

Accommodation is not available at the venue. Participants arrange their own stay and transport, independently or through a third-party provider. Simple, healthy food is served during the day, and water stations are placed throughout the venue.

Before You Go

Completion of Inner Engineering, including Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, is mandatory. Inner Engineering is a seven-step program, offered in person and online, that includes the 21-minute Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. No other yoga or meditation experience is needed. Register with the same email and phone number used for Inner Engineering.

Participants must be at least fifteen. Teenagers under eighteen can attend only if a parent or legal guardian is also participating or volunteering, and that adult completes the registration. Visitors from outside India are welcome, though registration accepts Indian payment methods only. Group registration is not available.

Plan to arrive by 7:00 AM IST for check-in and seating. Late arrivals are not admitted once the program has begun. Bring:

- A water bottle
- Loose, comfortable clothing suited to the weather
- Optionally, a small cushion or meditation mat

Chairs are provided on request for anyone who cannot sit on the floor. Please leave luggage where you are staying, as there is no storage, and do not bring food. Childcare is not available.
