Breathing Into Love

Breathing Into Love is a breathwork gathering in El Segundo, California, held at Studio 933 and led by Stephanie Burg. It is part of her monthly series for soulful people who want to connect, grow and heal through transformational breathwork, somatic and soul healing, and conscious movement. It suits anyone drawn to breathwork in the Los Angeles area who wants to feel more nourished, confident, joyful and radiant.

What to Expect

The gathering belongs to a series that Stephanie Burg describes as a space to come together, connect, learn and heal. Breathwork is the central practice, and her wider work draws on somatic healing and embodiment. The event is held in person at the studio.
