Acerca de Este Evento

Descripción

The 300 Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training at Tattvaa Yogashala in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, is an advanced teacher training for people who want to deepen their yoga practice and teaching beyond a foundation course. It is taught in the multi-style tradition, and the school also runs Ashtanga teacher training, so students come to a place where both approaches are part of daily life. The school is a Yoga Alliance registered 200 and 300 hour school, and its founder is Yogi Kamal Singh.

What to Expect

Tattvaa Yogashala offers teacher training in formats from 100 to 500 hours, in both multi-style and Ashtanga yoga. The 300 hour course sits in the middle of that range, a step beyond the 200 hour level. The school also holds retreats in yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra and sound healing, so the teaching of breath, meditation and deep rest is part of the wider life of the yogashala.

The school has been teaching in Rishikesh since May 2012 and describes 26 years of experience. Its students' reviews, which rate the school at 4.9 on one platform and 4.66 on the Yoga Alliance profile, speak of authentic teachers and a training with real depth. The school's own pages also honour Sri K Pattabhi Jois, which reflects its roots in the Ashtanga tradition.

The Teachers

Yogi Kamal Singh is the founder of Tattvaa Yogashala. The school's team also includes Sunil Sharma Ji, who teaches pranayama and meditation, Swami Omkarananda, who is listed for psychokinesis and psychic healing, and Yogi Upendra Ji, a highly qualified yoga teacher.

The Setting

The yogashala is in Swarg Ashram, near Ram Jhula, in Rishikesh. Students choose their accommodation on the application form: couple sharing, a shared room for two guests on courses that offer it, or a private room for one guest.

Getting there is straightforward:

- By air: fly from Delhi to Dehradun Airport (DED), then take a pre-booked taxi, about 45 minutes to Rishikesh.
- By road: a private taxi from Delhi takes 5 to 6 hours and suits late arrivals or travel with luggage.
- By train: take a train from Delhi to Haridwar (4 to 5 hours), then a taxi of about 30 minutes to the school.

Before You Go

Applying takes about two minutes, needs no payment, and the school usually replies within 48 hours. The reply confirms the course fee. The accommodation option you select on the form is included. Airport pickup is optional, charged separately and confirmed with your booking.
