Simone Niles

Simone Niles is an expert coach, sound healer, vocalist and author. She offers grounded, practical teachings that help soul-led people use their voice for healing, transformation and impact.

Born in Trinidad into a globe-trotting family, she spent part of her childhood in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, before returning to the Caribbean and settling in Barbados. There, the sounds and vibrations of nature at night made a deep impression on her. By the age of seven she knew she wanted to express herself through sound. As a child who was afraid to speak up, she would climb her favourite tree after school and sing. She came to see that her voice had helped her move through challenges, release emotions and invite joy.

She has toured the world as a singer, lectured at London universities and written Coaching For Performance Excellence, a book offering performers new approaches to their art. In the music industry she has worked with artists including Eddy Grant, Third World, Tom Jones and Paloma Faith, and contributed to the TV show The Voice UK.

Her work draws on Neuro Linguistic Programming, hypnosis, Thought Field Therapy, sound healing and shamanic practices, with sound as the common thread. She trains the next generation of sound healers and shamanic practitioners, and offers one-to-one mentorship. She also hosts the Soulfull Sound Podcast, which features conversations with leaders, teachers and coaches in healing, creativity and conscious evolution.
