Pascal N. Paquette

Pascal N. Paquette is a psychosociologue, Soul Coach (Coach de l'Âme) and naturopath, and the founder of Parlecoeur and Éditions Parlecoeur. Under the line "tous les chemins mènent vers le cœur," he has accompanied people for more than 30 years through change, natural health by a healthy way of life, and relationships.

His academic training is in psychosociology: a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal, specialized in interpersonal communication and lifestyle guidance. He is clear that he is not a psychologist. His approach brings together psychosociology, naturopathy and Soul Coaching, and he also offers energy work and teaches meditation. His website notes more than 11,000 days of daily meditation.

Above all a communicator, Pascal makes clear what seemed confusing through vivid, colourful metaphors. His consultations are interactive and dynamic, and he works with individuals as well as with children, adolescents, couples, families, associates and partners. Soul Coaching, as he describes it, helps people move from fear and outside expectations toward the wisdom of the Soul and an authentic expression of who they are.

He also gives talks and training workshops for the general public and for businesses, in Quebec and online. He sees clients in Rosemère and Prévost and by video consultation. He is the author of "Phares dans la Tempête — Garder sa lumière allumée quand le monde chavire" (2026), a practical guide to staying grounded and luminous in a turbulent world, and of Le Bracelet du Désert.
