Lauren on Earth

Lauren on Earth is a shadow worker, Akashic records reader and soul guide. Her work centers on examining the shadow, the unconscious and the hidden dimensions of both the self and our reality. She supports people in exploring the full spectrum of light and dark, and in finding the inner freedom that becomes possible when both are engaged consciously.

She works with beliefs, karmic imprints, emotional wounding and unresolved pain. She also works with distortions and subtle forms of interference that keep people disconnected from their true nature. Her aim is to help people recognize how illusion operates and what lies beneath it. She describes her specialties as spiritual abuse, dark force manipulation, energetic attachments and deeply embedded trauma. She offers one-to-one Akashic Records and Energetic Clearing sessions, mentorship, and courses and manuals on moving through the shadow.

Lauren describes her own story as one of healing through the shadow. She says she lived in a psychic battleground from early childhood, where discernment became survival. She had her first communication with the spirit world at age 8 and began consciously working her way out of the lower dimensions in 2013. She has been developing her skills since 2017, began offering her services in 2020, and completed an initiation through the shadow realms in 2023.

Her Insight Timer meditations are intended as energetic clearing as well as relaxation. She also hosts the podcast Beyond the Veil, which covers the shadow, ancient wisdom and current events through a spiritual lens. She leads women's retreats in sacred places, and she co-facilitates with her sister Georgia Be, a musician and ceremonialist.
