Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly is the founder of Hearthstone Healing in Ottawa, Ontario. He describes himself as a husband and father, wishful poet, musician, photographer and philosopher, and sees life as a gift, with every moment a blessing we are entitled to just once.

His interest in healing and wellness grew out of many years of evaluating and enhancing his own life. After a low point years ago, he saw that change was necessary and came to believe that we are not here to suffer, and that every step taken with an open heart brings magic. He writes that a spiritual or conscious path usually offers a seed of inspiration but rarely the answer, so the rest becomes our own work: breaking down the patterns, teachings and beliefs that hold us back, and trusting ideas that create lightheartedness.

Tom has worked with energy for over a decade. He offers guidance and energy sessions, including Reiki, Unity Field Healing, crystal healing and counselling, and he teaches meditation. His aim is to let people heal through their own natural and intuitive process, because he holds that we are all capable of healing ourselves.

He also writes on his blog about channeled messages, tarot and energy forecasts, nature, seasonal rhythms and consciousness. He shares photography, short stories and audio storytelling inspired by Ireland. On Insight Timer he describes how everything begins from a single spark that people learn to let warm them like the sun, and he calls consciousness the new frontier for humanity and the key to evolution on Earth.
