Descrição
There are places in the world where transformation doesn't just happen — it's written into the landscape itself. Przesieka, tucked into the wild heart of the Karkonosze mountains, is one of them. This is where Wim Hof's legendary journey began, and from February 2nd to 7th, 2027, it becomes the setting for yours.
Guided by two advanced Wim Hof Method instructors, you'll go far beyond the surface — diving deep into all three pillars of the Method and discovering what becomes possible when you stop running from discomfort and start running toward it. Breathwork, cold exposure, and the fierce alchemy of mindset will strip away everything you thought was a limit.
Feel the cold bite of rushing water as you immerse yourself in the legendary waterfall made famous by the Vice documentary — a breathtaking triple cascade that spills ten meters down moss-covered rocks into a perfect oval pool, framed by the hush of an ancient, dense forest. This is not a spa. This is a baptism in raw nature, and it will wake something up inside you.
The journey doesn't stop at the waterfall. Together, as a tribe, you'll summit Mt. Sniezka — because conquering the outer mountain mirrors what's happening within. Every step upward is proof of something you already suspected: you are stronger than you think.
Whether you're brand new to the Method or a seasoned practitioner, this expedition meets you exactly where you are and takes you somewhere far beyond. Five nights of food and accommodation are included, so all you need to bring is the willingness to show up fully.
The superhuman in you isn't a future version. It's waiting right now, just on the other side of the cold.
What to Bring
Pack thoughtfully for both the mountain and the stay, you'll move between wild terrain and deep inner work, so comfort and preparation matter.
Winter layers (non-cotton base layer such as Primaloft, down, or thermal; warm sweater; waterproof jacket; scarf or neck gaiter; beanie or headband; gloves or mittens)
Trekking or hiking boots with micro spikes — these are mandatory for the mountain ascent and available at Decathlon or similar outdoor retailers
Swimwear and a towel for cold water immersion
Flip flops or sandals for moving between wet and dry spaces
Backpack large enough to carry water, snacks, and a change of clothes
Yoga mat and, if you run cold or want extra comfort during breathwork, a sleeping bag
A small blanket for added warmth during floor sessions
Water bottle and extra snacks such as nuts, dried fruit, or energy bars
Toiletries and a basic first aid kit
Earplugs — shared sleeping spaces mean the occasional snorer
Getting There
The group transfer departs Prague International Airport at 4 pm on 2 February, arriving at Hotel Olympia in Przesieka after approximately three hours. On the final day, the return transfer leaves for Prague at 10 am on 7 February, getting you back to the airport in good time.
All you need to arrange are your own flights into and out of Prague. Once you land, look out for your instructors at the arrivals hall — details on the exact meeting point will be confirmed closer to the date.
If you're planning to drive independently, Przesieka is reachable via the A4 motorway and regional roads into the Karkonosze valley; your instructors can advise on parking at the hotel directly.
Who This Is For
This expedition is open to all levels — whether you're stepping into the Wim Hof Method for the first time or deepening an existing practice. What matters most is not prior experience but a genuine willingness to show up, be challenged, and grow alongside a supportive group. A basic level of physical fitness is helpful, as the journey includes breathwork sessions, cold immersion, and a mountain ascent, but no special training or background is needed. If you feel the call, you're ready.
Schedule at a Glance
Sunday 2nd February — Arrivals, settling in, and a gentle opening circle to meet your fellow participants and set your intention for the week.
Monday through Wednesday — The heart of the journey: daily breathwork sessions, progressive cold exposure (ice baths, mountain streams, waterfalls), mindset training, and guided recovery through sauna and the salt cave.
Thursday — The summit day. Together the group ascends Mt. Śnieżka, putting everything you've practiced into living, breathing action.
Friday 7th February — A closing circle to integrate what's shifted, followed by departures when you're ready.
Each day weaves self-regulation practice throughout, so that rest, nourishment, and challenge all feel like part of the same unfolding.
