Descrizione
This five-day immersive workshop challenges the myth of the tortured writer by centering self-compassion as the foundation of a sustainable creative practice. Facilitated by Heather Doyle Fraser, the program guides participants through the intersection of inner work and writing craft, examining the relationship between writer and reader, voice and silence, process and product. Rather than treating writing as an isolated technical pursuit, the workshop weaves in complementary modalities—gentle movement, music, drawing, time in nature—to help participants rewild their inspiration and reconnect with their authentic voice. Whether you carry an unwritten book, a stalled manuscript, or a desire to deepen your writing practice, this workshop meets writers where they are, offering concrete tools and a container for exploration. The curriculum balances hands-on writing activities, group discussion, and reflective practice to help participants develop a compassionate relationship with themselves and their creative work.
