300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

Join the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh at Mrityunjay Yogpeeth, a 27-day residential program designed for experienced yoga practitioners and teachers who want to deepen their practice and advance their teaching skills. The course covers advanced asana, alignment, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, teaching methodology, sequencing, yoga therapy, and supervised teaching practice.

The program is suitable for students who have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and want to progress toward the RYT 500 level. Training is conducted in English under the guidance of experienced yoga teachers in an immersive ashram-style environment. Accommodation, three daily sattvic vegetarian meals, yoga materials and props, and course certification are included.
