This retreat takes place at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California, from Monday, September 21–25, 2026. Esalen's legendary clifftop campus provides lodging, nourishing meals, and multiple practice spaces. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and outdoor movement; layers are recommended as Big Sur weather shifts throughout the day. All levels of yoga and spiritual practice are welcome.
