What to Expect

This immersive workshop weaves together multiple modalities and frameworks to create a rich, multidimensional experience. The Guided Active Imagination Approach (GAIA) forms one core teaching method, complemented by altar work, tree-of-life journeys, yoga nidra, genogram practices, and guided meditation. Each day blends teaching, group dialogue, small and large group exercises, writing, and contemplative work.

You'll learn to recognize intergenerational patterns as they move through your family system—not to blame, but to bring conscious awareness and healing.
