Enlightenment Through Communication - Partnered Contemplation in Ottawa

We contemplate ourselves and communicate in dyads. No need to bring a partner, you will have one available to pair up with you.

'Dyad' means consisting of two parts. In this workshop, we partner up and put our attention on ourselves and contemplate who we are. Holding the intention to become fully conscious of ourselves, we communicate whatever arises fully and honestly to our partner while being held in a safe and confidential container. This simple yet powerful technique has an effect of clearing up entanglements within us that get in the way of truly knowing ourselves. Other life enhancing benefits include increased capacity to listen and hold space for others, a greater sense of responsibility over one's life, being more present in life, living a more honest life, and communicating more honestly.
