Retiro de yoga
Descrição
Yoga for the Joy of It is an eight-day yoga retreat at Xinalani Retreat on the Pacific coast near Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico. It is led by Tracie Sage, a yoga teacher, movement therapist and relationship coach who teaches Wild Spirit Yoga, a heart-opening practice rooted in Kripalu Yoga. The week suits anyone who wants a restorative reset by the ocean, with daily practice, good food and a community of like-minded people.
What to Expect
The retreat is built around presence, connection and play. Practices cultivate awareness through breath and loving kindness, with the aim of bringing you back to yourself and offering your nervous system a real reset. The invitation is to notice old habits and choose a new way of being that honors more of you. Play is part of the plan too: the week is meant to stretch you beyond the familiar, toward your own peace, joy and creativity.
There are two yoga sessions each day, and the days follow a steady rhythm:
- 7:00 to 7:30 am: morning coffee and snacks
- 7:45 to 9:30 am: morning practices
- 10:00 to 11:00 am: breakfast
- 2:30 to 3:30 pm: lunch
- 5:00 to 6:45 pm: evening practices
- 7:30 to 8:30 pm: dinner
The group gathers on the first Saturday evening for an opening circle from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. The long midday stretch between meals is left open, and kayaks and snorkel equipment are included, so there is time on the water.
