Sobre Este Evento

Descrição

Satori: The Game of Self-Awareness is a small-group healing workshop built around a board game based on Colin Tipping's Radical Forgiveness method. It is held at The Tree House in Ardamine, County Wexford, with no more than four players, and is guided by facilitator Lorelai Dali. It suits anyone drawn to self-development, forgiveness work or group therapy who would rather approach emotional baggage with some lightness and laughter than in a heavy, analytical way.

The game rests on the idea that the events of our lives carry a spiritual purpose, and that the upsets and blocks we meet can be openings for learning and growth. Players travel from Victim Land toward Satori, a place of awakening to that new perspective.

What to Expect

The session begins at 12:00 on the day. Play moves through four levels of consciousness on the way to Satori, which the game describes as total awareness. It is not a race: whoever arrives first, the aim is for everyone else at the table to arrive too. Once there, each player gets a chance to reframe their own story and read an affirmation.

The running time is hard to predict. Because each person's healing process is different, the game may last as little as two hours or as long as six, so it is wise to keep the afternoon free. The method is described as a way of letting go of emotional baggage and forgiving yourself and others, with room for laughter and insight along the way. The game is also said to bring up issues a player did not know they had.

About Lorelai I. Dali

Lorelai I. Dali is a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, writer, artist and teacher, and she describes herself above all as a student of the spiritual side of human nature. Her practice centres on inner child work and creativity for self-development, healing past traumas and spiritual growth, guiding people toward what she calls their True Self. She has worked with clients for over 15 years, drawing on psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, energy healing, art therapy and Vedic Art.

For trauma work she relies on regression to the sensitising event through hypnoanalysis, inner child work and Parts Work, alongside conscious conversation. She sees clients online and in person in North Co. Wexford, in English and Polish, and also leads workshops and self-love retreats. Her education began in music, and she graduated as a Music Teacher.

The Setting

The gathering takes place at The Tree House, in the Wexford countryside near Ardamine and Poulshone. A small, friendly dog lives on the premises.
