This Kundalini Tantra Yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali, is led by Master Ketut Arsana at Om Ham Retreat & Resort. It is for students who want to learn the philosophy and practices of Kundalini Tantra Yoga, deepen their own practice and build the foundations to guide others on their yogic path. Two programme lengths are offered, a 100-hour and a 200-hour training, so you can choose the depth that suits your learning goals.

What to Expect

The training introduces traditional methods of Kundalini Tantra Yoga within a structured course of study. The 100-hour programme runs for twelve days, and the 200-hour programme, which begins on the same day, extends the learning over a longer period of about three and a half weeks. The longer course follows the same path with more time to go deeper.

The curriculum is organised around four strands:

- Core Philosophy: Catur Marga, Astangha and the Chakra system.
- Body Engineering and Preparation: developing awareness and readiness for yoga practice.
- Kundalini Tantra Yoga Techniques: traditional techniques and practices.
- Ashram Living: days that begin with traditional morning yoga and sun salutations.

Alongside the study of technique and philosophy, there is room to develop a personal practice, which is the ground any teaching rests on.

About Master Ketut Arsana

Master Ketut Arsana guides the training and is the teacher who brings the traditional Kundalini Tantra Yoga methods to the centre of the course. Students work with him directly through both the 100-hour and 200-hour programmes.

The Setting

The training takes place at Om Ham Retreat & Resort, a holistic retreat centre on Tirta Tawar Road in Banjar Junjungan, about 5 km north of the Ubud main road. The surroundings are natural and quiet, which suits reflection and focused practice. The resort offers several accommodation categories, including the Penthouse, Mandala Suite, Siddhi Suite, Shakti Deluxe and Ananda Superior, and has farm-to-table dining on site.

Entry requirements are not fixed in advance for every student.
