In Visible

In Visible is a Reiki workshop on energy awareness, held at PachaMama Eco Village & Retreat Center in Nicoya, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It is led by Ramya and is open to complete beginners as well as to people who already know Reiki. Participants learn to sense, activate and work with subtle energy in and around the body, and finish with a Reiki Level 1 certificate.

The workshop treats attention to the invisible as a way into presence. Rather than a purely technical course, it is inspired by Reiki and explores how to open the inner channels and reconnect with the natural flow of life force.

What to Expect

The program runs across four mornings and one evening. Morning sessions are from 9:30 to 12:30, and the evening session is from 8:00 to 9:30.

Through practice with oneself and others, a simple hands-on energy modality rooted in presence gradually unfolds. Attunements are offered during the workshop to help open the energetic channel and deepen the connection. As the doors of energy awareness begin to open, participants may come to recognise themselves as vessels of awareness through which energy moves and expresses.

The organizer describes the work as an invitation to remember how to flow, how to return to the present moment and how to meet life with openness, sensitivity and embodied awareness. Past participants speak of landing in softness, exploring the invisible layers of themselves in playful ways, and of coming together as a community. One described it as time to rest that they did not know they needed.

About Ramya

Ramya was an engineer in what she calls a previous lifetime. In 1996 a Zen retreat shattered her belief system, and she left her old skin behind to begin an ongoing journey of inner exploration. That path now informs her teaching of energy awareness and Reiki.

The Setting

The workshop takes place at PachaMama Eco Village & Retreat Center, near Nicoya in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica. Accommodation is arranged separately, and options are listed on the event page.

Before You Go

No previous experience with Reiki or energy work is needed. Practices are introduced step by step, and the group includes people new to the subject alongside those with experience. If you already hold a Reiki Level 1 attunement, this workshop offers a different experience that can deepen and expand your existing understanding.

The workshop is taught in English.

Included are the guided practice across all five sessions, the attunements offered during the workshop, and the Reiki Level 1 certificate on completion. A 13% Costa Rican VAT is added to the total price, and accommodation is not part of the workshop fee.
