If I enjoy this and want to go deeper with Drala, where could I go next?

Drala's retreat listings include Foundations of Meditation I: Establishing the Ground and Foundations of Meditation II: Deepening the Path, as well as Retreat & Renewal, which run on multiple dates. There is also a Winter Residency 2027. Its site also has an Online & Hybrid filter if you want to stay remote.

How do I find other online and hybrid retreats from Drala Mountain Center?

Drala's retreat page has category filters, including Online & Hybrid, Meditation & Mindfulness, Buddhist Path, and Yoga & Wellness. Using the Online & Hybrid filter shows what can be joined remotely. One example on the page is a hybrid weekend, Fully Being, with Adam Kane.

Sobre Este Evento

Descrição

Awakening the Heart of Love: Choosing a Life of Kindness & Courage is a free online spiritual workshop offered through Drala Mountain's online programs. It is open to anyone drawn to cultivating a kind and courageous way of living, and because it takes place online, it can be joined from wherever you are.

The title points to the heart of the program: opening the heart to love, and choosing kindness and courage as the way to meet daily life. Drala Mountain's wider programming is rooted in the Buddhist path, meditation and mindfulness, and its free online programs are offered as an accessible way to experience that teaching without travelling.

A program like this suits people who are new to contemplative practice, as well as those who already meditate and want to bring more warmth and bravery into their relationships and work. Since it is a workshop rather than a residential retreat, it fits alongside an ordinary schedule.

Perguntas Frequentes

Drala Mountain Center labels it a FREE ONLINE PROGRAM, so there is no registration fee in the title. The organizer's page doesn't say whether donations are invited or whether any materials cost extra, so check the event's registration page before signing up.

No. The program is listed as online, so you join remotely from wherever you are. Red Feather Lakes is the location of Drala Mountain Center, which hosts it, but the listing doesn't require a visit to the land.

The title frames it around awakening the heart of love and choosing a life of kindness and courage. The organizer's listing doesn't give a session outline, teacher biography or reading list, so check the full event page for the specific content and who is leading it.

It is a separate program. Drala also lists a FREE ONLINE SERIES called the Drala Mountain Online Practice Series, a free Yin Yoga for Rest & Renewal series, and a free online program, Divorce as a Path to Liberation. Each has its own page and registration.
