Sobre Este Evento

Descrição

This breathwork facilitator training in Piirumi, Pärnumaa, Estonia, combines multi-style breathwork with trauma awareness and practical facilitation skills. It is taught in two parts: an eight-day personal intensive and a fourteen-day facilitator course, which can be taken separately or as one full training. It suits people seeking structured personal work, aspiring breathwork facilitators, and therapists or coaches who want to bring breathwork into their practice. It is led by Kristine Niranjana Kirakosyan, an international breathwork teacher, with clinical trauma therapist Keghani Mardikian. The school, AtmaBreath, is a member of the International Breathwork Foundation.

What to Expect

Module 1 is the eight-day breathwork intensive. The focus is on your own experience: how conscious breathing affects the nervous system, how to work safely with emotional release, and how to build awareness of your internal state. It totals 70 hours in person and works either as personal development or as a foundation for facilitating.

Module 2 is the fourteen-day facilitator training, with 130 hours in person and an optional 30 hours online after graduation. Building on Module 1, you learn to structure a session, hold a stable space, guide individuals and groups, and respond to emotional release and trauma responses. Each participant designs and leads a breathwork class, from music selection to facilitation, with feedback from the teachers. The full training is 190 hours in person.

The curriculum draws on holotropic breathwork, rebirthing breathwork, breathwork water therapy, partner and mirroring breathwork, and chakra healing breathwork. It also covers the physiology of breath, touch, and music in breathwork. The trauma awareness strand looks at how trauma affects the brain, dissociation, attachment styles, adverse childhood experiences, signs of a regulated nervous system, and self-compassion. Facilitator ethics and group dynamics are taught alongside. Holistic practices include shamanic journey meditation, mantra healing, sound healing, and cacao and Rapeh ceremonies.

A typical day runs like this:

- 07:00 morning practice of meditation and yoga
- 08:15 breakfast
- 09:00 theory class
- 11:00 breathwork experiential practice
- 13:00 lunch and self-study
- 15:30 theory class
- 17:30 experiential practice
- 19:00 dinner
- 20:00 sharing circle, which may be a cacao ceremony, singing circle, or tea meditation
