3 Day Mandali Experience

The 3 Day Mandali Experience is a short wellness retreat at Mandali Retreat Center in Quarna Sopra, Italy. It suits anyone who wants a few days of rest and a way back to themselves, whether this is a first retreat or a return to quiet practice. It is part of the center's ongoing in-house programme rather than a teacher-led workshop, so the days are shaped by the place and its rhythm, not by a single guest facilitator.

What to Expect

The Mandali Experience is the center's restorative retreat, offered in lengths from three to seven days. The three-day format is the shortest, a compact stay for stepping out of everyday momentum. The aim is a connection to self at a flexible pace, and the means are movement and meditative practices. Flexible matters here: the retreat invites you to move through it at your own speed instead of keeping to a demanding schedule.

This is the standard edition of the Mandali Experience. It is separate from the Mandali Experience Special, the seasonal editions that add creative workshops in music, movement or the elements. It is also separate from the Themed Retreats, which take a deeper dive into a single teaching, such as the Path of Love, Non-Duality or Buddhism, with expert teachers. If you want a plain, unhurried retreat without a specific theme, this is the one.

Mandali also runs silent versions of the Mandali Experience and retreats offered in Italian. This edition is the regular English-language three-day retreat.

The Setting

The retreat takes place at Mandali Retreat Center in Quarna Sopra, in the province of VB, Italy. Guests stay on site, and the center offers a choice of rooms. Travel advice for reaching the village is available from the center before you book.

Three days is enough time to arrive, settle into the practices and leave feeling rested, which makes this a good choice if you are curious about a meditation and movement retreat but not ready to commit to a full week. Longer Mandali Experiences of five, six and seven days are available if you would like more time.
