2027 Co-Ed Bali Retreat with Brooke Page-Thompson, Ubud

The 2027 Co-Ed Bali Retreat is a seven-day yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali, led by Brooke Page-Thompson, owner of Buka Yoga. It is open to everyone, and spouses and partners are welcome to come along. Daily yoga, sacred temple ceremonies and time in the Balinese jungle make it a good fit for anyone who wants to step away from ordinary routines and make room for reflection, breath and meditation.

What to Expect

Over seven days, the retreat centers on daily yoga, with breath and meditation woven through the practice. Buka Yoga has hosted retreats since 2017, built on the belief that getting away gives you the time to find your inner, true voice.

Alongside the practice, the week includes a Balinese massage, sacred temple ceremonies and three excursions around Bali. The group is capped at 14 guests, so the week stays intimate and unhurried.

About Brooke Page-Thompson

Brooke Page-Thompson owns Buka Yoga, a boutique studio with two locations, one in downtown Castle Rock and one in the Denver Tech Center, with nearly all classes also streamed online. The studio teaches traditional Hatha yoga built on proper body and breath alignment, and every class makes room for rest. Buka describes its approach as yoga for real life and for all body types and ability levels. Its values include rest as a skill, strength without burnout, presence over pressure and community. The word "buka" means "laughter" in Sanskrit.

Brooke is a yoga educator, mentor and soul guide who believes in the power of presence, breath and authentic connection. Before and alongside her teaching, she has worked with hundreds of corporations on leadership development and culture transformation. She designs her retreats to be more than experiences, aiming for awakenings.

The Setting

The retreat is held at a private boutique property in the jungle outside Ubud, in the heart of Bali. Ubud is known as the island's center for yoga and for its temples, and the temple ceremonies and excursions let you see more of the region beyond the property itself.

Before You Go

This is a co-ed retreat, and partners and spouses are welcome to join. With only 14 places, it fills quickly. Buka Yoga welcomes all body types and ability levels in its classes, and the same spirit of practicing without pressure is at the heart of the way Brooke teaches.
