Why Low Vibes Feel Unbearable: Intuition, Energy and Clearing

Something has shifted for a lot of people, and Sonia Choquette wants to give it a name. In her video "Your Intuition Is Waking Up in 5D!", she describes a growing intolerance for certain rooms, moods and personalities: a corner store that seems to push you back out the door, a dance floor that suddenly feels sad, a celebrated restaurant that tenses the body the moment you step inside. Her central claim is that this is not pickiness or a character flaw. It is intuition switching on to register three things, energy, frequency and vibration, and it is pointing you toward environments that lift you. Drawing on client stories, a few household rituals and a short list of body signals, she builds a practical method for reading a room and clearing it. The framework is spiritual, rooted in her language of higher self, angels and guides, and this piece unpacks how it works, what she actually recommends, and where you might take it.

Why do certain places suddenly feel wrong?

Choquette opens with a question most people will recognize: have you become "slightly allergic" to certain types of people, when before it did not bother you much? Her answer is that the change is in your sensitivity, not in the people around you. She frames it as "the front door of the rising vibration and the passage to the fifth dimension," a phrase that anchors the whole video.

Her first example is a corner grocery store. A woman she spoke with, she says, had gone there for years on her way home from work, buying packaged staples for dinner. Then, about a week before she told Choquette the story, she walked in while exhausted and was overtaken by a feeling she could not explain. "Everything in me knows that if I buy anything there, it is going to be bad for my health," the woman told her. She had not researched the store. She simply walked out, went a couple of blocks to another shop, bought fresh produce and made a salad. It had happened more than once by the time she described it.

"It's almost like something pushed me out."

(a woman describing a corner grocery store to Sonia Choquette, in the video at about 1:36)

Choquette's reading is that this kind of avoidance is an intuitive signal. Intuition, in her account, is not only about predicting future events. It is the set of inner senses registering what a place is like right now.

What are energy, frequency and vibration, according to Choquette?

The core of the video is a three-part distinction. Choquette says intuition begins to register, first, energy: "the nature of the energy you're in all the way around." She compares it to knowing whether you are in good vibes or bad. You do not need a diagnosis to feel it; you simply sense the atmosphere.

The second is frequency, which she describes as the level of vibration. A low-frequency place is a heavy place, and heavy places drain. That, for her, explains why a person or a venue that was tolerable a year ago may now feel intolerable. The threshold has moved, and what you can stand has changed with it.

The third is vibration itself, which she boils down to a simple question: is this good vibes or bad? She treats that yes-or-no reading as information you can act on rather than something to argue yourself out of. Her point is that a body that has become more sensitive will often answer that question faster than the mind can build a case.

Why does a dance floor or a restaurant suddenly feel wrong?

The second story concerns a friend who loved going out dancing. Her favorite spot no longer felt like hers. "I walked into the place and it just felt sad and noisy," Choquette quotes her as saying. "I couldn't lose myself into the music or the fun because it didn't feel like anybody was having any fun." Choquette's suggestion was a different kind of night: Daybreakers, the morning dance gatherings she says are happening in cities around the world, where people dance before work instead of at midnight in dark rooms with cocktails and loud music. She says she had met people connected to the retreat where Daybreakers was invented, and she clearly relishes the idea. "How fun? How smart? Good vibes."

The third story is the most cinematic. A client, she says, had a rule: if a restaurant did not feel right within moments of walking in, she would leave. Friends had insisted on a celebrated New York restaurant, and she finally got a reservation about six weeks out. The room was "so tense and unpleasant and uptight" that she walked back out. Her friends were annoyed. Her answer, as Choquette tells it, was that she did not have fear of missing out, because this place did not feel good to her. They went down the block for pizza and had a great time.

What ties these three stories together is not the venues but the decision rule. Choquette is teaching a way of evaluating a place by how your body responds to it, rather than by reputation, reviews, or what a crowd agrees is the place to be.

Can you clear a home of low vibrations?

Choquette's advice begins at home. Her first question is whether your home has good vibes, and whether you feel happy when you walk through the door. She acknowledges that roommates or family members can change the atmosphere, but she argues that the space itself can still be improved, and that work is possible even at the office "to some degree."

Her first principle is that everything carries energy, so anything that does not uplift the space should go. Disorder is her main example. "Disorder is not good vibes. Low vibrations hover around disorder," she says, naming leftover dishes and garbage. Clear energy, she argues, brings concrete benefits: better sleep, more peace, sharper intuition and clearer manifesting, because you are not operating in chaos.

Her second principle is scrutiny. Look at the objects you own and ask whether each one has good vibes. She tells a story about a raincoat she bought because it was raining and she needed one. Putting it on put her in a bad mood. "The actual color has drained energy out of me," she says, describing a beige-brown that was simply "not my vibe." She chose an umbrella instead. The lesson is less about fashion than about noticing which objects you keep out of habit and which ones actually feel like yours.

Why does a coat drain you, and do you need a reason to walk away?

This is where Choquette is most insistent. She says her teachers taught her that you do not have to explain or justify why something feels good or bad. "If it doesn't feel good, it doesn't feel good and there is a reason you don't have to know in order to respect it." For someone trained to argue themselves into obligations, that is a radical permission. It means you can decline an invitation, a meal, a conversation or a sweater without building a defense.

The same logic underlies her warning about the thing that drains most of us: our own loops of thought. Choquette recommends two ways to break them. One is a mindful walk, where you go outside and pay attention to what is around you rather than replaying the same concern. The other is a project that uses both hands, such as cooking, sewing, gardening or any craft that pulls you out of your head and into the material world. Both are simple, and both are presented as ways of returning your attention to the present.

What tools does she recommend for clearing a space?

The video's description lists her space-clearing kit, and it is intentionally low-cost. Choquette mentions a small bell that you ring through a room to shift the vibration. She recommends opening the windows to let air move through, lighting a candle, and sprinkling a light amount of salt in the corners of a room. Beauty matters to her too. Flowers, and natural scents including lavender, cinnamon and eucalyptus, are presented as ways of raising the vibration of a space for manifesting.

The point is not to treat these as magic formulas. In Choquette's framework, they are signals to yourself. Clearing, ringing, lighting and opening are deliberate acts that tell you the space is being tended, and that you are paying attention to its energy. That attentiveness is itself the practice.

How do you recognize what is draining you?

Choquette keeps returning to the body. She names sudden irritability or agitation as the signals that an energy is not right for you. The feeling may arrive before any explanation does, which is why she asks you to begin "to name or identify the quality of the vibration" you are in throughout the day. Keep a running check, she suggests: is this good vibes or bad? Notice where the answer shifts.

She also counsels a kind of selective distance. The point of noticing is not to become hostile to people, but to protect the energy you need in order to live the life you want. "You never need a reason to honor what does not feel good," she says in her closing summary, and she frames the whole practice as a "vibe check" you can start today.

Where to go from here

If the framework resonates, start small. Choose one room and walk into it with the question Choquette returns to: does this feel good? Clear what does not uplift it, ring the bell or open a window, and then notice what changes in your body and your mood over the next few days. Try the mindful walk the next time a thought loop starts to run, and test the morning-dance idea if you have a favorite night spot that has gone flat. And when a place or person gives you that quick, unexplained no, practice honoring it without building the case first.

Choquette offers all of this from a spiritual perspective that centers intuition, higher self and guides. Whether you adopt her language or simply her habits of attention, the practical core is the same: pay closer attention to how your body answers the room, and give yourself permission to act on the answer.

[0:00] Have you noticed lately

[0:02] becoming slightly allergic to certain

[0:05] types of people?

[0:06] Whereas before it didn't bother you so

[0:08] much, all of a sudden

[0:10] people's energy, the tone of their

[0:12] [music] voice, uh their behaviors, their

[0:16] vibration

[0:18] is something really challenging to

[0:22] be around.

[0:23] Well, welcome to the front door of uh

[0:25] the rising vibration and the passage to

[0:28] the fifth dimension.

[0:30] Because what is happening in you is not

[0:32] that you all of a sudden are becoming

[0:34] impossible to please and very [music]

[0:36] picky and strange.

[0:38] What is happening is you are becoming

[0:41] energy, frequency, and vibration

[0:43] sensitive.

[0:44] That you are not going to find it as

[0:48] easy to be around places and people that

[0:51] drain you as [music] perhaps you used to

[0:55] be.

[0:56] Or that your tolerance for being drained

[0:58] is really lowering.

[1:00] >> [music]

[1:00] >> Welcome to the vibrational awakening.

[1:04] So, first thing you want to check is how

[1:08] sensitive have you been lately to

[1:11] everything, actually. But let's start

[1:13] with places. Have you found an instinct

[1:17] to just

[1:18] not be able to be around certain places

[1:21] or certain energies that were maybe

[1:24] before it didn't really matter?

[1:26] Here's an interesting story. A woman

[1:28] said to me, "I used to go to a corner

[1:31] grocery store. It was very convenient.

[1:34] I'd pick up my stuff there. It was

[1:36] mostly kind of, you know,

[1:38] pack- packaged stuff, not very not very

[1:41] high-end, but it was it was easy enough

[1:43] on the way to work, on the way home from

[1:45] work rather, cuz I was tired. I'd pick

[1:47] up some can of this or something of that

[1:49] for dinner."

[1:51] She said, "I can't go in the place.

[1:53] Everything in me knows that if I buy

[1:56] anything there, it is going to be bad

[1:59] for my health. And it It's not like I

[2:02] did any research. I just can't do it. It

[2:05] happened to me about a week ago. I went

[2:07] in on my way home from work. Was very

[2:09] tired. Just wanted to grab maybe a can

[2:12] of soup or something.

[2:14] And I walked in the door and it's almost

[2:15] like something pushed me out. I walked

[2:18] and went another couple of blocks, went

[2:20] to a different store, got some fresh

[2:22] produce, made a salad, made made a whole

[2:25] different meal for dinner, and then it

[2:27] was okay.

[2:28] I didn't think of it initially as

[2:31] terribly odd, but now it's happened a

[2:33] couple of times. Has this happened to

[2:36] you? This is clear indication that your

[2:41] intuition is activating cuz it's not

[2:44] just about predicting things in the

[2:47] future. It's your inner senses turning

[2:50] on and starting to register, experience,

[2:55] feel three very important things. The

[2:58] first is that you start to feel energy

[3:00] and the nature of the energy you're in

[3:03] all the way around, okay? That's the

[3:05] first thing. It's like telling yourself,

[3:08] knowing if you're in good vibes or bad.

[3:10] You can just feel it. The second is

[3:14] frequency. That's the That is the the

[3:17] the level of vibration. If it's a low

[3:20] frequency, it's a heavy vibe, then it's

[3:23] going to be a bit draining for you,

[3:25] which is why certain people and places

[3:28] all of a sudden might become

[3:29] intolerable. The vibration is too low

[3:33] for you. I have a friend

[3:36] who said recently that she liked to go

[3:39] out dancing, and all of a sudden this

[3:42] her favorite place that she used to go

[3:45] isn't her favorite place anymore. She's

[3:47] really bummed. She said, "I I can't go

[3:49] dancing there anymore." And I She would

[3:51] only go for a little while. She really

[3:53] did go for the dancing.

[3:55] But overall, she said, "I walked into

[3:56] the place and it just felt sad and

[4:00] noisy. I couldn't

[4:02] lose myself into the music or the fun

[4:05] because it didn't feel like anybody was

[4:06] having any fun.

[4:08] And then she was really bummed. I told

[4:10] her about this this group I heard of

[4:11] called Daybreakers where they go dancing

[4:13] first thing in the morning. It's

[4:15] happening in cities all over the world.

[4:17] I actually met the people at a at a

[4:20] special retreat that invented

[4:22] Daybreakers. Such a good idea where you

[4:25] can go dancing. Interesting to me

[4:27] because I love to dance.

[4:29] But rather than at night and night clubs

[4:31] and cocktails and loud dark noisy music,

[4:35] it was morning. They would dance before

[4:37] work. Daybreakers. Can you imagine? How

[4:40] fun? How smart? Good vibes.

[4:43] So and also have you found even like

[4:45] walking into certain places?

[4:48] I have a I have another client who said,

[4:50] "When I walk into a restaurant to have

[4:52] dinner, if I don't feel a good vibe

[4:54] right away,

[4:56] I'm going to leave." And it may There's

[4:58] this one restaurant that in New York

[5:00] where everyone was saying, "You've got

[5:01] to go. You've got to go. You've got to

[5:03] get a reservation." And I did get a

[5:05] reservation after about 6 weeks.

[5:07] But when I walked in,

[5:09] it was so tense and unpleasant and

[5:11] uptight and and just not my vibe that I

[5:16] left. And my friends were really annoyed

[5:19] with me, but I said, "God, I don't have

[5:21] FOMO. I This doesn't feel good to me. I

[5:23] don't want to be here."

[5:24] So we left and went down the block and

[5:26] had pizza and we had a great time. And

[5:29] isn't that what it's all about?

[5:31] So if you are being a If you are raising

[5:34] to the fifth dimension of your inner

[5:36] senses are waking up and the truth is

[5:38] that is happening all over the planet.

[5:41] If you're waking up vibrationally, you

[5:43] are going to be much more energy

[5:46] sensitive.

[5:47] >> [snorts]

[5:47] >> Now, there are some things people are

[5:49] having challenges with. But before we go

[5:52] into that, let me just first tell you

[5:54] this this I'm going to give you a free

[5:57] PDF on that that is indication that you

[6:01] are becoming

[6:03] 5D awakened. So get this PDF. It's free.

[6:07] You just put your name in the email and

[6:09] then it'll come into your inbox in your

[6:11] email. I have to say that because some

[6:14] people

[6:16] have said they didn't get it. But, you

[6:17] don't just click the link and get it.

[6:19] You have to put in your email and then

[6:20] it'll come to you. So, that's how you

[6:22] get it. But, there is that email. You

[6:25] fill it out and you'll get your PDF

[6:26] about 5D. Complete free information

[6:29] about your 5D list

[6:32] of recognizing that you're raising your

[6:35] vibe. You are raising your sensitivity

[6:39] to vibration, to frequency,

[6:43] to energy. And vibration is it good

[6:47] vibes or bad? So, this is going to be

[6:48] helpful to you.

[6:50] Begin to name or identify

[6:55] the the quality of the vibration that

[6:57] you're in all the time. Like, start with

[6:59] your home. Does your home have good

[7:01] vibes? When you walk in the door, do you

[7:04] feel happy to be there?

[7:06] Now, a lot of you are going to say, "If

[7:07] I were alone, I would be, but I'm not."

[7:10] Fair. You might be living with people

[7:12] who suck all the good vibes out of the

[7:13] room, for sure.

[7:15] But, you can create better vibes. You

[7:18] can improve the vibration

[7:21] of where you live and even at work to

[7:24] some degree, depending on the

[7:26] atmosphere.

[7:27] But, let's start with home. The first

[7:29] thing to do to clear your vibes, to

[7:32] clear, is to recognize

[7:33] everything has energy.

[7:36] So, if you if you have things in your

[7:39] home that don't uplift the energy,

[7:42] clear them out and clean them up.

[7:44] Disorder is not good vibes. Low

[7:47] vibrations hover around disorder. Mess,

[7:52] leftover dishes, garbage. Sorry, but

[7:57] good vibes like clear energy. So, you

[7:59] know, clear it out.

[8:01] You know, you'll get healthier, you'll

[8:04] sleep better, you will be more peaceful,

[8:07] your intuition will sharpen, you'll be

[8:09] able to manifest more clearly if you're

[8:11] not in chaos.

[8:13] Two, really use a good eye and assess

[8:17] the things around you and if they do

[8:20] have good vibes because if

[8:24] if they don't have good vibes, you don't

[8:26] want them.

[8:27] You do not want them, okay? If you don't

[8:30] have good vibes, uh like for example,

[8:34] the other day I was putting on a rain

[8:36] coat. I needed a rain coat. It was

[8:38] raining out. I put on this coat and it

[8:40] put me in a bad vibe.

[8:42] There's nothing about that coat I liked.

[8:44] There was nothing about that coat I ever

[8:47] liked. Don't even ask me why I bought

[8:49] the coat except I thought I needed a

[8:51] rain coat. Why didn't I like it? It was

[8:54] kind of a beige brown. Not my vibe. Not

[8:59] my color. The actual color has drained

[9:02] energy out of me. I thought I'd rather

[9:04] just take an umbrella and get my chances

[9:06] than put this on

[9:07] and drain my aura. So, yeah, that level

[9:12] of of of scrutiny is important. To

[9:16] really pay attention if something feels

[9:18] good or not. My teachers told me,

[9:22] "You don't have to explain or have a

[9:24] reason for something feels good or not.

[9:27] If it doesn't feel good, it doesn't feel

[9:29] good and there is a reason you don't

[9:31] have to know

[9:33] in order to respect it, okay? If you are

[9:37] being drained,

[9:39] then look around and ask yourself, first

[9:42] look at the environment, okay? If the

[9:45] environment is draining, do you have

[9:47] things? Do you have books? Do you have

[9:49] articles? Do you have Are you holding on

[9:51] Is it messy? This is In a In a way, it's

[9:55] energetic common sense. Something

[9:58] irritates you and you don't need it,

[10:00] pass it along. Don't even eBay it if you

[10:03] have to. Just just let it go. Open up

[10:07] for something of a higher vibration to

[10:09] come in. Then,

[10:12] B, second one, check your thoughts.

[10:15] Because the thing that drains us most is

[10:18] ourselves.

[10:19] Check your thoughts. And if you are in

[10:22] some kind of thought loop that's super

[10:24] negative,

[10:25] then what you want to do is distract

[10:28] yourself.

[10:29] And the way to do that is either

[10:32] go for a walk and really pay attention

[10:34] to what's going on around you,

[10:37] notice the world around you and

[10:39] acknowledge the world around you. Look

[10:42] at it, identify it. There's the trees,

[10:44] there's the car, there's the red light,

[10:46] there's the barking dog.

[10:48] Whatever for 15-20 minutes, that really

[10:51] clears

[10:53] the negative mindset. Do a project with

[10:57] both hands. Go bake a cake, clean the

[11:00] kitchen, do some gardening,

[11:03] get one of those paint-by-number books

[11:05] and start painting because that focuses

[11:08] your energy to the moment

[11:11] and gets you out of that negative

[11:12] vortex. These are things that really

[11:14] help. So, let's pause for a minute.

[11:17] Maybe you also have some techniques, but

[11:20] you have to do something. So, put in the

[11:22] notes, what do you like to do

[11:25] with your hands? Because when you write

[11:28] it in the notes,

[11:29] you are reminding yourself this pulls me

[11:32] out of the negative vortex. Plus, you

[11:35] just when you write it down, you'll

[11:36] re-imprint and remember it.

[11:39] And when you remember it, when you get

[11:40] into that negative vortex, you know,

[11:42] okay, I can go for a walk, I can take a

[11:45] shower, I can bake a cake, I can do my

[11:48] paint-by-numbers, I can reorganize all

[11:50] my drawers, I can answer Well, I

[11:55] wouldn't do that. Don't answer emails

[11:56] cuz you're back in your head, but I can

[11:58] finish a project.

[11:59] Using your two hands is best, okay?

[12:03] This is we want to stop the energy

[12:06] drain. We want to stop our availability,

[12:09] intercept our availability to what

[12:11] drains our energy.

[12:13] Because when your energy's drained, you

[12:15] can't manifest.

[12:17] When your energy's drained,

[12:19] you're not going to tune in very clearly

[12:22] to your higher channels, to your to your

[12:25] real

[12:25] >> [gasps]

[12:26] >> higher self and your and your guides.

[12:28] You're going to turn into the riffraff

[12:30] and the noise.

[12:32] The fears, the opinions of others, the

[12:34] lower vibrations.

[12:36] So, this is your anti-draino

[12:40] kit. Okay? First, recognize the

[12:43] environment. Now, the third, and this is

[12:46] a fun one, is get a little bell and ring

[12:48] it.

[12:49] Churches have bells, monasteries have

[12:52] virtual bells, different spiritual

[12:55] places have bells, bells and drums. Now,

[12:58] drumming is more intense, but you can

[13:00] get a drum if you want, but a bell, just

[13:02] a little bell to ring, breaks up the

[13:04] vibration. It's like a

[13:06] it's like a space clearing. Really

[13:10] works, and open the windows.

[13:13] Clear the energy. I I like to say

[13:15] everybody out of the pool.

[13:17] Just fresh air, a little bell, a little

[13:20] light, and then you can light a candle.

[13:22] Don't leave a candle unwatched, though.

[13:25] You can light a candle because the

[13:26] candle symbolizes the fire, the spirit

[13:28] within.

[13:30] So, you can light a candle, ring a bell,

[13:31] and that really, really helps, and it's

[13:33] very effective for rituals, which

[13:36] clear the subconscious mind,

[13:39] and really set a new frequency.

[13:42] But you know what else really raises a

[13:43] vibration high in your in your energy

[13:46] fields, you're not drained, and you

[13:47] manifest more? Make your manifestation

[13:50] place beautiful.

[13:53] Very rarely does anybody talk about

[13:55] this, but beauty raises vibration.

[13:58] Beauty opens the heart. Beauty activates

[14:00] the spirit.

[14:01] Beauty inspires high vibration. Flowers,

[14:05] for example, bring in nature's spirits

[14:08] and fairies and wonderful elementals

[14:11] that will help you.

[14:12] And beautiful music can be part of it.

[14:14] So, that is why if you're going to

[14:16] manifest and you don't want to be you

[14:18] want to move away from drain, create

[14:21] beauty as non-negotiable.

[14:24] Okay? This environment, if you work

[14:28] in an office that is

[14:30] draining, and it can be often even the

[14:33] fluorescent lighting is just the worst.

[14:36] And you can't get around that,

[14:38] then put your own work environment. Keep

[14:41] it clean.

[14:42] Maybe put something beautiful there. Lot

[14:45] of people will put a picture of their

[14:47] loved ones, their kids, their dogs, some

[14:49] flowers, something.

[14:51] It keeps you in a bit of a higher

[14:53] vibration.

[14:55] And honestly, guys, if the vibration is

[14:58] that low,

[15:00] look for another job. They exist. Ask

[15:02] your spirit to take you to a place and

[15:05] your spirit guides to take you to a

[15:06] place that's good for your spirit.

[15:09] So important. So important.

[15:13] I used to years ago work for an airline.

[15:15] I was a flight attendant. It was a long

[15:17] time ago. It's very bad for me. The

[15:19] vibration of the airports and the you

[15:22] know, the low sometimes I was in really

[15:24] low vibration hotels overnight for very

[15:29] short layovers, and it was really bad

[15:31] for me, and I had to quit because the

[15:34] frequency was

[15:36] Some For people are much hardier and

[15:38] couldn't that didn't affect them cuz

[15:39] it's not one size fits all.

[15:42] But I knew for me that the longer I

[15:45] stayed in these low energy, low

[15:47] vibration, sad places,

[15:50] and I was so vulnerable in my early 20s,

[15:53] it was just not something I had built up

[15:55] the resources to overlook and push away

[16:00] and you know, bought myself from. So, I

[16:03] had was so sick all the time.

[16:05] I had sciatica, I had anxiety, I had bad

[16:08] dreams, I had I had a lot of things.

[16:11] You know what? They all went away when I

[16:12] quit.

[16:13] They did. So, if something's really bad

[16:16] for you,

[16:17] think through the rationale that to stay

[16:19] there because you do not.

[16:22] What you want is to start checking the

[16:24] vibe and don't be drained. You need your

[16:26] energy

[16:28] to manifest

[16:30] the life you want. And if you're drained

[16:34] by

[16:35] ugliness and you're drained by objects

[16:38] that are disordered and mess and and

[16:41] hanging on to things that don't feel

[16:43] good and wearing colors that don't wear

[16:46] You might think, "Oh, she's being so

[16:48] woo-woo ridiculous." But I am not.

[16:51] Even though science can measure your

[16:53] frequency and your aura and your

[16:55] vibration and certain things will drain

[16:58] it.

[16:59] And it's just like, you know, when your

[17:01] phone battery gets drained, it car

[17:04] battery gets drained, you get drained.

[17:07] And you're not going to be successful

[17:10] in creating the life you want if you're

[17:12] working with a low vibe or no vibe

[17:15] because you're so drained.

[17:17] So, let me re-reiterate

[17:19] again what you need to do is basics.

[17:22] First, pay attention.

[17:24] Are you being drained? Notice what

[17:27] drains you. If it's possible, remove it.

[17:32] If possible, two, environment.

[17:36] Clean it up, clear it up, lighten it up.

[17:39] Empty what you don't need. Ring a bell.

[17:43] Spread That's another one, by the way,

[17:45] very good one. Spread light salt around

[17:48] the uh the corners and around your the

[17:51] porridge. Just little sprinkles of salt

[17:53] will clear the vibration.

[17:56] Beauty clears the vibration, raises the

[17:59] vibration, and this is how you create.

[18:01] You want to create in good vibes.

[18:03] You want to focus in a high vibe that

[18:06] you where you're fully present and

[18:07] you're you feel good to be there.

[18:10] Scents also help. Flowers, nature scents

[18:14] are the best.

[18:16] Lavenders and cinnamons and cloves and

[18:20] eucalyptus, and peppermint's great

[18:24] great elements for manifesting. Great

[18:28] for manifesting. You want to wake up

[18:30] your senses. You want to wake up your

[18:33] energy body, and then focus it.

[18:36] So, this is a very important piece for

[18:39] getting to the fifth dimension is to be

[18:40] aware of energy, frequency, vibration.

[18:43] Like, in other words,

[18:45] vibe check.

[18:47] What kind of energy are you in, and can

[18:50] you improve it?

[18:51] There's so many things you can do to

[18:53] improve it.

[18:55] My favorite

[18:56] is to use your left and right foot and

[18:58] leave it if it's really bad. Just walk

[19:00] away.

[19:02] That improves it. Go in nature. Go

[19:04] outside. Don't hold on to things that

[19:06] are bad for you. Don't tell yourself

[19:09] they're good for you. Check your body

[19:10] and see. Do you want to pass out? Are

[19:13] you irritable all of a sudden? Are you

[19:15] agitated? That's a very big sign

[19:18] that the vibrations you're around aren't

[19:20] good for you,

[19:22] and you can change it. So, get the free

[19:23] PDF

[19:25] to really help you recognize

[19:28] the the the frequencies that you need to

[19:30] be around

[19:32] for good energy, what things you can do

[19:34] to be around good energy, very much so,

[19:39] and and how to create good energy so

[19:42] that you can raise your vibration, tune

[19:44] into your guides, hear your intuition,

[19:47] manifest what you want, elevate your

[19:49] health, make good connections.

[19:51] In other words, improve your life all

[19:54] the way around. So, get the free PDF,

[19:56] and then I want you

[19:58] to watch this next video coming through

[20:02] here. This next video on never let them

[20:05] drain you again.

[20:09] This is important. We have lived in a

[20:10] world where we have ignored vibration.

[20:13] Always ignoring it. And it's it's like

[20:17] walking into a lion's den and getting

[20:19] mauled, and then saying, "What? What?"

[20:22] You have

[20:23] big big choice and power over the energy

[20:27] you're in, the energy you're you you

[20:29] occupy, the energy manifest, the energy

[20:33] you want to create in, and if you create

[20:35] like in a good energy, you'll have good

[20:36] success. So,

[20:38] never let them drain you again. Watch

[20:41] this next.

Sonia Choquette says this is a sign that your intuition and sensitivity to energy, frequency and vibration are activating. She frames it as your inner senses registering low-frequency environments that are too heavy for you, rather than you becoming picky.
In her video, energy is the overall nature of the atmosphere around you, frequency is the level of vibration in a place, and vibration is the good-vibes-or-bad-vibes quality you can sense. She treats these as the three things your intuition begins to register as it sharpens.
Start by removing things that do not uplift the space, especially clutter and disorder, which she says low vibrations hover around. Then assess objects individually, keep only what feels good, and use practices such as ringing a small bell, opening windows, lighting a candle, and sprinkling a little salt in the corners.
No, according to Choquette. She says her teachers told her that if something does not feel good, you do not have to know why in order to respect that feeling.
Choquette points to sudden irritability or agitation as signals that an energy is not right for you. She suggests noticing these reactions and asking whether the experience is good vibes or bad.
Choquette describes Daybreakers as a group where people go dancing first thing in the morning, before work, in cities around the world. She offers it as an alternative to late-night clubs for someone whose favorite dance spot no longer feels good.
Choquette recommends a mindful walk where you pay attention to your surroundings, or a project that uses both hands to pull your attention out of your head and into the material world.
