Lee Harris is a London-based energy intuitive, channeler, author, musician and transformation teacher. Descriptions of his work tend to reach for a long list of nouns, but the list itself explains something. Harris does not keep his roles in separate rooms. The teacher, the writer, the singer and the channeler work together, and that blend is a large part of why people follow him.
His stated aim is to help conscious, sensitive and intuitive people heal, grow and live more fulfilling, heart-centered lives, with a particular focus on expanding intuition and awareness. The approach is grounded and practical. He is not the kind of figure who promises enlightenment in a weekend. Those who follow him describe someone who makes the abstract language of energy work and transformation legible and usable.
The documented record of Harris's early life is thin, and it would be a disservice to fill the gap with guesses. What can be said is that he is based in London and that music was the earliest thread of his public work. He has been writing and producing music since 1998, and his first album, Shapeshifting, came out in 2001. That makes his creative life older than the teaching career many people now know him for, and it shows in how naturally the two fit together. He has long held that creativity has healing power, and the belief reads less like a slogan than like a conviction that predates his current platform.
The facts available do not identify a single dramatic turning point, and none is invented here. What the record shows is a gradual widening: from writing and producing music, to teaching, channeling and mentoring, to books, courses, a podcast and a membership community. The through-line is the same interest in intuition, energy and the inner life, approached through different media over time.
Harris is probably best known for his free monthly Energy Update videos, which offer timely intuitive guidance and reach hundreds of thousands of people. They are also the most common recommended entry point for newcomers. They cost nothing, they require no commitment, and they give a clear sense of his voice and whether his sensibility suits you.
Behind them sits a broader body of teaching. He explores the energetics of emotions, how to sense and release energy that is not yours, and how to bring spirituality into daily life in practical ways. He also mentors creatives, healers and entrepreneurs.
His work sits outside traditional lineage. He does not claim descent from a particular teacher, school or Eastern tradition. His approach draws on contemporary energy work, Western channeling and the language of transformation coaching, and it treats intuition and energy sensitivity as capacities that can be developed rather than secrets handed down. For some people that openness is the appeal. For others who want a formal tradition with initiation and ritual structure, it will feel like an absence. Both reactions are reasonable.
Books. Harris's channeled books are Energy Speaks, Conversations with the Z's and The Future Human. All three are published by New World Library and became Amazon best-sellers. The Z's are the guides he channels.
Music. After Shapeshifting (2001), he co-wrote and produced Arise with Slovenian musician and composer Davor Bozic. Their albums, released through Golden World Music, include I Am Peace, Transmissions, Awaken, Timelines, Medicine Mantras, Songs from the Sun, Mantramorphs, Rising in Love and Sacred Fire. Some have reached No. 1 on the iTunes and Amazon New Age charts. The music is vocal-forward and built around mantras and affirmations, with spare arrangements meant to support meditation and energy work rather than showcase virtuosity. That restraint is deliberate, and it will not suit listeners looking for complexity or experimentation.
Teaching and media. He has produced more than a hundred audio and video recordings and online courses. His podcast, Impact the World, has almost 200 episodes across three seasons. The Portal, his global membership community, offers live, interactive teachings and practical tools.
Live work. With Bozic, he has led the sold-out Big Love and Oneness Experience tours, which blend channeling, humor and music. The inclusion of humor is telling. It suggests a teacher who does not equate the sacred with solemnity. His workshops and retreats are also held in person around the world.
Harris's recent output has been steady and musical. Sacred Fire arrived in April 2026, alongside the single "On The Edge of Opening." It followed Rising in Love: Medicine Mantras 3 in December 2025 and Mantramorphs in September 2025, and a live recording, The Big Love Tour (Live), appeared in May 2025. Alongside the albums, the Energy Updates continue monthly, Impact the World remains in its third season, and The Portal continues to host live teaching.
The picture is of an artist working across many channels at once without apparent strain: recording, touring, teaching, writing and speaking to a large online audience.
Harris reaches a particular kind of listener: people who identify as sensitive or intuitive, who may feel at home with the vocabulary of energy, and who want practical tools rather than doctrine. His audience includes seekers new to meditation, practitioners of mantra and energy work, and creatives and healers looking for a way to bring their work into the world.
His significance lies partly in his position. In a field that can lean on either hierarchy or vagueness, he offers something self-directed and transparent. There is no guru structure to join, and the teachings are designed to be tried and tested in ordinary life. That is also the limit of his work. Those who are uncomfortable with channeling as a concept, who want a secular psychological framework, or who look for confrontational, deconstructive spiritual work may not find what they need. The affirmation-based music and the emphasis on empowerment will strike some as gentle rather than rigorous.
For those who connect with it, though, the combination is distinctive: a musician of more than two decades' standing who is also a teacher, author and channeler, offering a warm and practical route into the inner life. Whether through a free video, a mantra album or a book, he has built several doors into the same house, and people can choose the one that suits how they learn.
