Amanda Tooke, also known as The Angel Mystic, is a spiritual teacher and NLP manifestation coach. She helps stuck, confused women create a spiritually connected, abundant life by using Universal Laws and energy to unblock fears and limiting beliefs. Her style is practical and light-hearted. In her words, she turns the "WooWoo" into "Woohoo", and she keeps her practices simple enough to fit into busy lives.
Amanda says she has always been interested in the spiritual world and saw and heard things she could not explain as a child. She describes discovering her Angels in 2000, during her divorce. She credits their support, and her own meditation and daily practice, with carrying her through years of financial strain, ill health and raising two children on her own. She also speaks of her Nana as a spirit guide. Her approach rests on meditation and trust: going within, listening to intuition, and building connection with the higher self, guides and Angels.
She is a Reiki Master and natural healer, and has trained as an NLP coach, hypnotherapist and practitioner of Time Line™ Therapy. She is the creator of The MAP, the Manifesting Abundance Process. It combines Angels, Law of Attraction and personal spiritual development, which she calls the Power of Three, and she teaches it in her membership club, Abundance Club. She is an international bestselling author, including of The Manifesting Manual. She has featured on television and radio, writes as a columnist for Fate & Fortune Magazine, and hosts The Angel Mystic Podcast.
Amanda also offers online programmes, one-to-one coaching and angel readings. She runs the Angels in Anglesey spiritual retreats, which began after a solo writing week by the sea while she was working on The Manifesting Manual. The retreats are small residential gatherings of meditation, journaling, energy work and connection with Angels.
Worth Knowing
Amanda Tooke, who works under the name The Angel Mystic, is a spiritual teacher and NLP manifestation coach whose work joins Angel communication, Law of Attraction and practical life coaching. Her stated audience is stuck or confused women who want a spiritually connected, abundant life, and she frames the work around unblocking fears and limiting beliefs through what she calls Universal Laws and energy. Her origin story is specific: she describes seeing and hearing things she could not explain as a child, and she dates her discovery of her Angels to 2000, during her divorce. She credits those Angels, her Nana as a spirit guide, and a daily meditation practice with carrying her through years of financial strain, ill health and raising two children alone, and that lived history is the emotional core of her teaching. Her tone is what separates her from more abstract manifestation writers, since she calls her style practical and light-hearted and has said she turns the 'WooWoo' into 'Woohoo'. The honest caveat is that her framework is explicitly devotional to Angels and guides, so readers looking for secular, evidence-first self-help will find the cosmology a stretch.
