Molly-Anne Chinner

Molly-Anne Chinner is a sacred sound artist and songstress based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, and the creatrix of the Frequency of Light™ technique. Through voice, crystal bowls and ceremony, she weaves musical stories inspired by the songlines of the Earth and the crystalline grids of Gaia. She describes sound as a bridge between worlds, an invitation to listen to the living land, the wisdom of the body, and the mystery that moves through us all.

She grew up in the rural British countryside, among ancient woodlands, rolling hills and wide open skies, and describes sound as a companion from those early years. Her healing journey began in her early twenties, when she first stepped onto a yoga mat while burnt out, self-critical and struggling with body dysmorphia and disordered eating. Over the years she has studied yoga, sound healing, non-dual philosophy, world music traditions, transcendental meditation, Reiki, energy healing, voice work and the feminine temple arts. Her earlier teaching profile names Shiva Rae, Tara Judelle, Talia Sutra and Meghan Currie among her teachers.

The Frequency of Light™ technique emerged, in her words, as a gradual revealing through years of practice, stillness and deep listening. It is guided by sacred geometry, awareness rooted in the heart, and the language of vibration. Her crystal bowls, she says, have become some of her greatest teachers.

The blue rose is a guiding symbol in her work, standing for intuition, devotion and the courage to give expression to what has yet to take form. Her offerings include sound baths, Reiki, one-to-one healing, ceremonial cacao, ecstatic dance, live concerts and retreats, all rooted in creating a safe, held space where the nervous system can settle and the heart can open. OM Magazine has described her sound baths as "a portal to something higher."
