À propos de cet événement

Description

The Magic of Spring is a weeklong healing retreat at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, devoted to growing your intuition. It is part of the Kripalu Experience Program and is open to anyone who wants to trust their inner guidance more fully, whether intuitive practices are new to you or already familiar.

Kripalu faculty members Cynthia Papa-Lentini and Beth Grace lead the week. Together they teach hands-on intuitive tools, including dowsing, tarot, and nature-based divination, within a setting that invites you to release what holds you back and attune to the subtle energy around you.

What to Expect

The week moves through ceremony, guided meditations, mindful group exercises, sharing, and nature-based activities. The aim is practical: to deepen your access to intuition, to sense the flow of energy both inside and out, to listen for the wisdom that is your own truth, and to leave with practices you can use at home.

The retreat runs for five nights. On the opening day, check-in begins at 2:00 pm, followed by a Kripalu Yoga class from 4:45 to 6:00, dinner, and a first program session from 7:00 to 9:00 in the evening.

Full days follow a steady rhythm:

- 6:30 to 7:45 am: Kripalu Yoga class
- 7:30 to 9:00 am: silent breakfast
- 9:00 to 11:30 am: program session
- 11:30 am to 1:30 pm: lunch
- 1:30 to 4:00 pm: program session
- 4:45 to 6:00 pm: Kripalu Yoga class
- 5:30 to 7:30 pm: dinner

On Thursday there is also an optional evening session from 7:30 to 9:00. The final morning begins with yoga and silent breakfast, then a closing program session from 9:30 to 11:30, and ends with lunch and departure. Actual times may vary, and the schedule you receive at check-in has room locations.

About Your Teachers

Cynthia Papa-Lentini presents this program and is joined by Beth Grace, who is a member of the Kripalu faculty. Both guide the group through intuitive practices that combine instruction with time for sharing and reflection.

The Setting

Kripalu sits in Stockbridge, in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, and your registration includes access to its grounds and facilities. Accommodations are intentionally simple, meant to help you unplug and feel grounded. Options include a private room for solitude, a shared room, or a community-style dormitory for a more social stay. Rooms are ready by 4:00 pm, and a luggage room is available if you arrive earlier. On the last day, room check-out is at 10:00 am, and you are welcome to stay on campus and take part in workshops until 2:00 pm.

Three nutritious meals are served each day, with breakfast taken in silence.

Before You Go

No prior experience with divination, meditation, or energy work is needed. The program welcomes beginners as well as those who want to deepen an existing practice. It is taught in English.

Your stay includes five nights of accommodation, three daily meals, more than ten daily yoga classes, full program instruction and materials, and the guided meditations and ceremonies. Healing Arts sessions, which pair well with this program, and purchases from the Kripalu Shop and Cafe are available at additional cost. Travel to and from Stockbridge is not included.
