Description
The Awakened Heart with Astrid Bennet is a women's spiritual retreat at Little Earth, part of the EarthSpirit Centre in Compton Dundon, Somerset. It is an exclusive gathering for just 13 women, held by three facilitators, so the group stays small and personal.
What to Expect
The retreat draws on the timeless energy of Avalon and the path of dreams and consciousness. It is an invitation to slow down and turn inward in the company of other women, with three facilitators holding the space. The small group size shapes everything: there is room to be seen and heard, and little sense of being one face among many.
The Setting
Little Earth is a self-contained eco centre within the EarthSpirit Centre grounds, in the Somerset countryside near Glastonbury's Avalon landscape. Rooms are ensuite, single, twin or triple, and there is a large, light yoga space. Meals at Little Earth are vegetarian, made with fresh home-grown produce, and dietary needs can be catered for.
The nearest train station is Castle Cary.
