The Ascension Conversation

The Ascension Conversation is an online spiritual workshop led by Lindsay McGowen, a professional channel, and offered through the Kripalu Online Studio from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. It is for people who sense that something in their lives and in the wider world is shifting, and who want a way to think about it, feel it and work with it. Anyone interested in consciousness, ascension and channeled teachings is welcome, with no prior experience needed.

The evening rests on a simple premise: that many people are being nudged toward a new level of consciousness, and that this period holds both real opportunity and a difficult dismantling, as familiar structures that no longer serve make room for new ones.

What to Expect

The session runs 90 minutes, live on Zoom in the evening, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm Eastern time. It has two parts, with a break between them.

The first half is an exploration. Lindsay looks at what this organic ascension is, how it is affecting us personally and collectively, and what may be moving beneath the surface of everyday life. The themes include:

- The opportunities and challenges of this time to be alive on Earth
- How to cultivate higher levels of consciousness
- How to work with the unfolding rather than against it
- Ways to move through the transition with more grace, awareness and ease

The second half is a channeled question-and-answer session. Lindsay channels a Council of Master Teachers, described as humans who once walked the earth and realized their awakened state, who have come specifically to answer participants' questions about ascension. The organizer describes the offering as heart-centered and energetic, and the format is built around receptivity and insight.

About Lindsay McGowen

Lindsay McGowen is a professional channel who works with multiple Councils of Ascended Masters, Enlightened Star Beings, Nature Spirits and other guides, serving as their translator on the Earth plane. In this workshop she brings that work into a live conversation, first as a guide through the ideas and then as the voice for the Council of Master Teachers.

The Setting

This workshop takes place online, so you can join from wherever you are. It is part of the Kripalu Online Studio, the online programming of Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in the Berkshires town of Stockbridge. The program is not held in person, and in-person attendance is not part of it.

Before You Go

Registration is open to monthly and annual subscribers of the Kripalu Online Studio. Subscribers also have access to a large library of replay classes and many live classes each month.
