Tattvaa Yogashala is a registered yoga school in Swarg Ashram, near Ram Jhula in Rishikesh, India. This is its application form for yoga teacher training and retreats. One form serves every course and retreat the school runs. You start by choosing where you want to study, Rishikesh or Bali, because the courses available change with the location.

The yoga teacher training options run from 100 to 500 hours. There are multi-style yoga tracks and Ashtanga tracks, including Mysore style Ashtanga, and an online Ashtanga teacher training is also listed. The school also holds retreats in pranayama, yoga nidra, Ashtanga, sound healing and healing-focused practice.

The form takes about two minutes. No payment is taken when you apply. The team aims to reply within 48 hours, usually by email or WhatsApp. The school also lists an early bird discount of 10% for those who enrol three months before the start date.

Rooms and Getting There

Accommodation depends on the programme. A private room for a single guest is available, and some programmes offer private rooms only. Couple sharing, a shared room for two, is offered on some courses but not all of them.

The school sits in Swarg Ashram, close to Ram Jhula. There are three common ways to arrive:

- Fly from Delhi to Dehradun Airport (DED), then take a pre-booked taxi. The taxi ride to Rishikesh is about 45 minutes.
- Take a private taxi from Delhi, which takes 5 to 6 hours and suits late arrivals or heavy luggage.
- Take a train from Delhi to Haridwar, which takes 4 to 5 hours, then a taxi of about 30 minutes to the school.

Before You Go

Courses are taught in English. Payment is not part of the application stage. Airport pickup can be arranged but is charged separately from the course fee. Because course options differ between Rishikesh and Bali, choose your location first and then look at what is offered there.
