Sound Healing 200 Hour Teacher Training

The Sound Healing 200 Hour Teacher Training is an online, live certification for practitioners who want to teach sound healing to others, taught in the Soulfull Method by Simone Niles. It is the teaching level of the Soulfull Method sound healing pathway, delivered on Zoom to students anywhere in the world, and it is accredited through the Complimentary Medical Association (CMA). Entry is by application, followed by an interview with Simone.

What to Expect

The training runs across seven live weekends, each on a Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 6pm UK time. There is a break in August, so the schedule moves from early summer into September before finishing in October. The final weekend includes the practical assessments.

Content is organised into eight modules, each combining theory with practice:

- Foundational skills for teaching sound healing, including confident delivery and working with the curriculum
- Preparation and organisation: lesson planning, session logistics, setting up sound equipment, and preparing physical and energetic spaces
- Holding space: group agreements, facilitation, and handling emotional or disruptive moments
- Teaching the subtle: helping students feel and interpret subtle energy, develop intuition, and hold inclusive spaces that honour diverse spiritual beliefs
- Authentic leadership, including feedback and student reflection
- Pedagogical strategies for different learning styles
- Communication skills, from simplifying complex ideas to managing questions
- Practical teaching applications: healing demonstrations, guided practice, and leading teaching sessions

Between weekends, expect around 15 hours of home study and practice each month, which includes online quizzes and short micro-teaching videos you record yourself. The whole training is equivalent to 200 hours across live sessions, home study and practice teaching. Qualification depends on completing all modules and a practical assessment in the form of a teaching presentation. Those who complete everything receive a Sound Healing Teacher Certification.

Simone describes the training as full-on, a deep dive that asks for real commitment. Afterwards, graduates can teach the method either by licensing her ready-made course content or by teaching directly from the manual through extended live sessions.

About Simone Niles

Simone Niles is a coach, sound healer, vocalist and author. Born in Trinidad into a globe-trotting family, she spent part of her childhood in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, before settling in Barbados, where the sounds of nature at night left a deep impression. As a child who was afraid to speak up, she would climb her favourite tree after school and sing, and she came to see how her voice helped her move through challenges and release emotion. She has toured the world as a singer, lectured at London universities, and written Coaching For Performance Excellence, a book offering performers new approaches to their art. Her teaching is grounded and practical, aimed at soul-led people who want to use their voice for healing and impact.

Before You Go

This is an advanced training. The prerequisite is a Level 2 qualification in the method, or two or more years working as a professional sound healer. You should already be comfortable facilitating sessions, working with instruments, and holding space for individuals or groups. If you are unsure whether your background fits, you can talk through your experience before enrolling.

The training is taught in English. The fee covers all live virtual sessions, the teaching manual, resources, module guidance, and support through the online student portal, where you can also connect with fellow students and reach Simone directly with questions.

You will need your own core instruments, such as voice, tuning forks, chimes and crystals, along with a reliable internet connection, a good microphone and a camera. All live dates must be attended. If you miss a session, extra teaching can be arranged for an additional surcharge.
