Soul Cycle Workshop: Live Online

The Soul Cycle Workshop is a live online spiritual workshop with Susanne Maria Taylor, designed for people who want to zoom out, gain clarity and take aligned action. It is held on Zoom, so you can join from wherever you are, and it opens with a guided meditation before moving into a hands-on process with a workbook.

What to Expect

The session is a two-hour gathering online. The scheduled time is 7 to 9pm in Central European time, which is 10am to noon on the US Pacific coast.

After everyone arrives, Susanne opens with a guided meditation to settle in. From there, the group walks through a dynamic, step-by-step process using the accompanying workbook. The work is practical rather than abstract. Each step is built to help you track your progress as you go, and to notice where your energy is leaking in daily life so you can redirect it.

About Susanne Maria Taylor

Susanne Taylor is the founder of The Intuitive Core, a space for people who sense, feel and see differently. She works as an integration coach, intuitive healer, Jikiden reiki practitioner and artist medium, and she has been an internationally certified professional coach for almost 15 years.

Her own path has run across cultures and professions. She describes spending most of her life as a bridge between places (Alaska, Austria, Japan, Taiwan and Germany), between languages and between professional worlds. She has been a journalist, teacher, intercultural relations specialist, independent consultant and mother. Each change, she says, stripped away a layer of who she thought she should be and showed more of who she is.

That experience shapes her work. She holds space for people in life's in-between places, such as a career shift, a spiritual awakening or the end of a relationship.

Before You Go

The workshop takes place live online, so you will need a device with a connection that can run a video call. The live session includes the guided meditation and the accompanying workbook, which you will use during the session to move through each step.
