Description
Relaxanation - Women's Winter Warmer is a yoga retreat for women, led by Dom Dolloso at EarthSpirit Centre in Compton Dundon, Somerset. Held in the depths of winter, it offers a chance to slow down, practise yoga in the company of other women, and be warmed through during the coldest part of the year.
The Place
The retreat takes place in the Main Centre at EarthSpirit Centre, a retreat and workshop venue in the Somerset countryside. The centre hosts a year-round programme of yoga, meditation, breathwork, shamanic and other residential gatherings, and this winter retreat sits within that programme as a women's yoga retreat.
