About Kristi Kuttner

Kristi Kuttner's path into this work began with her own healing. According to her YouTube channel description, she used energy work, meditation, and yoga to heal hormonal imbalance, anxiety, depression, and insomnia, and that experience led her to share these tools with others. On her website she says she has practiced energy work her whole life and has always been intuitive and sensitive to energy.

She is a Reiki Master and holds a 500-hour yoga teacher training, completed with Uplifted Yoga. Her teaching draws on Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and Reiki, and she is known for an unhurried, nervous-system-aware approach that makes room for stillness.

The Place

Trilogy Sanctuary is a yoga and aerial studio in La Jolla, California. Alongside its trainings, workshops, and special events, it keeps a schedule of about 90 weekly mat and aerial offerings, so the training takes place in a working practice community rather than a rented hall.

All trainings, workshops, events, and classes at Trilogy are final sale and non-refundable. Deposits for trainings and immersions are also non-refundable, and any payment plan must be fulfilled once it has been started. Registrations cannot be transferred or resold. They are valid only through the studio's own system, and the name on the registration must match the purchaser, who should be ready to show a valid ID and the credit card used.
