Description
This online public talk with teacher Žarko Andričević is an open meditation evening for anyone curious about the practice and the community behind it. It is a good starting point if you want to learn what activities are offered and how to take part in them, whether or not you have meditated before.
What to Expect
The talk is held on Zoom and runs for an hour and a half, from 19:00 to 20:30. Žarko Andričević speaks about the community's activities and how to join them, so the evening works as an introduction rather than a formal practice session. Simultaneous English translation is provided, so the talk is easy to follow for English speakers as well as for those who speak Croatian.
About Žarko Andričević
Žarko Andričević is the teacher who gives the talk. He is the person to hear from if you want a first-hand account of the community's offerings, which include one-day meditation events such as Taste of Chan and longer retreats such as Beginner's Mind, a three-day retreat.
Before You Go
The talk is open to all, and no experience or preparation is required. Because it takes place online, you only need a device that can run Zoom and a quiet place to sit and listen. English translation is available throughout the evening, so language need not be a barrier.
