Where can I find the daily schedule and the full price breakdown?

The organizer's retreat page has dedicated sections for Dates and Prices, Daily Schedule and Teachers, and Payment Schedule. I can't confirm room options or exact totals beyond what is listed there. Use the sign-up link on that page to book.

What do past attendees say about Carol's retreats?

One testimonial on the page says the participant felt better in their clothes and happier with their physical appearance after the retreat. They also said they had a great time and felt fantastic afterward. It is a single personal account, not a guarantee of results.

Is there a way to try Carol LeMaitre's teaching before committing to the retreat?

Carol teaches a 90-minute workshop called "The Neck, A User's Guide" at MoBu Dance Studio, 1747 Church Street at Day St, for $50. It covers neck bones, muscles, and fascial lines, plus exercises for the deep neck flexors and extensors. It is a separate in-person event with limited space, so it only helps if you can attend locally.
