À propos de cet événement

Description

Panchakarma 7 Nights is an Ayurveda retreat at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. It is a seven-night Panchakarma programme for people who want to take their health into their own hands through a structured healing stay, guided by an Ayurvedic centre rather than a self-directed holiday.

Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud runs Panchakarma stays throughout the year, and this page covers the seven-night format, the shortest stay on its calendar. Anyone searching for a Panchakarma retreat in Bali, an Ayurvedic cleanse in Ubud, or a week-long Ayurveda programme will find it here.

How the Stays Are Organised

Panchakarma at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud is offered in set blocks. The seven-night stay is the core option, and the same programme can be extended to 14 or 21 nights by choosing a longer block on the calendar. Longer stays begin on the same arrival dates as the seven-night ones, so a guest who wants more time can often continue from the first week into a second or third. The centre also lists 10 and 28 night options in its special offer for residents.

Some blocks are held for private groups led by their own organisers. These dates are closed to individual bookings, and the calendar marks them clearly. Other dates fill completely, and some weeks are already fully booked well ahead. If the week you prefer is full, the centre invites you to say so and will let you know if a place opens up.

Special Offer for Residents

Indonesian citizens and holders of a KITAS or KITAP residence permit can save 10% when they book a Panchakarma stay of 7, 10, 14, 21 or 28 nights. The offer is for these residents only, and terms and conditions apply.

The Setting

The retreat takes place at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, in Ubud, in the highlands of Bali. Ubud is widely known as a centre for wellbeing, yoga and traditional healing, which makes it a natural home for a week of Ayurvedic treatment and rest.

Before You Go

Choose your stay by length first: seven nights is the shortest block, with 14 and 21 nights for those who want a deeper course of care. Check which weeks are open, since several are full or reserved for private groups, and plan around the arrival dates in the calendar rather than arriving on any day. Residents of Indonesia and KITAS or KITAP holders should ask about the 10% offer when reserving. If your preferred week is full, ask to be told when a place becomes available.
