What to Expect

The stay runs for fourteen nights. Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud offers its Panchakarma programmes in stays of seven, fourteen and twenty-one nights, so a fortnight gives a middle length: longer than the shortest programme, and shorter than the fullest one.

Because this is a private group, the dates are set for Anna Sevo's group rather than offered as an open-enrolment week. It follows directly after another private group stay for Anna Sevo at the same centre, which also runs fourteen nights. The two are separate programmes, and this description concerns the second.

The Setting

The retreat takes place at Oneworld Ayurveda Ubud, in Ubud, Bali. Ubud is the island's inland cultural and wellness hub, and the centre is dedicated to Panchakarma, so the days are organised around the programme rather than fitted around other guests' holidays.

This is a private group retreat, so it is meant for those joining Anna Sevo's group. If you would like to take part, it is best to ask the centre whether a place remains in the group.
