À propos de cet événement

Description

Numa Breathwork (Group Journey) is an evening breathwork session in Vancouver, British Columbia, for people who want a gentle, supported way to reconnect with their body, emotions and inner wisdom. It takes place at The Sanctuary and is limited to eight participants, so the group stays small and attentive.

What to Expect

The evening runs two and a half hours and moves in stages. It opens with community connection, so you arrive among familiar faces rather than strangers. Gentle movement follows, then sound healing, which settles the body and prepares it for the main practice.

At the center is a 60-minute Nūma breathwork session. Nūma Breathwork is described as powerful yet gentle, a practice shaped to help you feel your way back to yourself in a safe, grounded and supportive space. The invitation is to breathe, feel and let insight and healing unfold at their own pace, without forcing anything.

The Place

The Sanctuary is at 4628 West 2nd Ave in Vancouver. With only eight places, the room is likely to feel intimate and unhurried.

Before You Go

This is a beginner-friendly breathwork evening. The practice is presented as gentle and supportive, and no prior experience or prerequisites are named. The evening includes the opening connection, the gentle movement, the sound healing and the full 60-minute breathwork session.

Participation is on a sliding scale, so you can choose a financial exchange that fits your circumstances. Because the group is capped at eight, places are limited.
