À propos de cet événement

Description

The Motherland Entrepreneur Experience is an eight-day healing retreat for entrepreneurs, freelancers and leaders, held at Boscia African Farm near Kalkrand in the Hardap region of Namibia. It is built on systemic constellation work, led by Anne Kurth, founder of Motherland. The premise is simple: the person behind the company is its most important resource.

What to Expect

Over eight days, the program combines systemic constellation work, space for reflection and self-inquiry, and peer-to-peer exchange with fellow participants. Immersive encounters with nature run alongside the group work, and yoga and meditation accompany the sessions. The group is small, and the desert silence tends to turn the days inward. People who come to Boscia often describe isolation giving way to intimacy: honest sharing, deep conversations and unexpected breakthroughs.

The aim is renewed strength, a fresh perspective and a conscious sense of what truly matters, in work and in life.

About Anne Kurth

Anne Kurth is a coach, facilitator and systemic constellation practitioner. Trained as a designer, she spent years in boardrooms as a consultant and noticed how much stays hidden at the conference table. Constellation work became her way of making that visible, in organizations, in families and within oneself. Motherland is the space she built for it, with Experiences in Namibia, France, Spain and Germany. Motherland began as an idea for a seminar on this farm, and the first participants arrived six months later. Anne also led the first constellation gathering at Boscia in 2018, which marked the start of the farm's life as a place of healing.

The Setting

Boscia African Farm is a sanctuary in Namibia's wilderness, dedicated to healing for people and land together. During the Namibian drought, the farm turned inward to renew the land, moved away from hunting and was reimagined as a place for retreat. Resident healers keep the farm aligned and tend the atmosphere.

The spaces blend comfort with the raw beauty of the desert:

- A temple space with mats, bolsters, props and meditation cushions
- Outdoor communal dining
- A pool
- A ceremonial fireplace
- Expansive walking paths and desert hiking trails

Meals are simple, fresh and grounding, and everything served comes from Gardens of Hope, the farm's heart project. Each meal is considered part of the retreat.

Before You Go

No previous wilderness or spiritual experience is needed, only a willingness to listen, to feel and to show up for yourself. The retreat suits people who run their own businesses, work freelance or hold leadership roles and want to step back and look more closely at their work and themselves.
