À propos de cet événement

Description

Kundalini Goddess Ceremony for Healing & Release is a two-hour women's-circle style ceremony at Humble Hub in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex. It combines Kundalini practice with Goddess ceremony and is for anyone drawn to a quiet, guided space to let go of what they are carrying and be nourished. It is held on the Hastings seafront side of town, and is led by a Kundalini Goddess facilitator who runs ceremonies across Sussex.

What to Expect

The ceremony runs from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. It is set up as a space where feminine energy is awakened, the soul is nourished and healing is allowed to come without force. The emphasis is on release: setting down what no longer serves you rather than working hard at it.

Kundalini Goddess ceremony is the facilitator's own form of gathering. It draws on Kundalini practice and is shaped around the turning of the moon and the seasons. Around this event, the same host offers a weekly Embodied Kundalini class in St Leonards, full moon and new moon ceremonies, beach ceremonies at the Marina, solstice and equinox gatherings, and Goddess retreats in Glastonbury. If you have been to one of those, the tone here will feel familiar. If not, the afternoon is a gentle way to meet the work.

The Place

Humble Hub is at 4-5 Shepherd Street in St Leonards-on-Sea, postcode TN38 0ET. The host has held several earlier ceremonies in this venue, including equinox, full moon and manifesting gatherings, so it is a familiar home for this community. The afternoon timing makes it an easy fit for a weekend or a day off.

Before You Go

No prior experience of Kundalini yoga or Goddess ceremony is stated as required, and the invitation is open to anyone who feels called to attend. Wear clothes you can sit and move in comfortably. Arrive a little early so you can settle before the ceremony begins.
