Feminine Principle: Experiential Seminar (Archetypes)

The Feminine Principle is an experiential spiritual workshop for women, held in Athens, Attica, and led by Tzitzikou Panagiota Delistathi of the Art of Iasis (Τέχνη Ίασις). Over two days, it brings together teaching and healing practice to help women reconnect with their feminine nature through archetypal work, systemic healing, movement and breath. It is open to women of all ages who want to heal their relationship with the feminine, in themselves and with other women.

The seminar belongs to the Iasis path and draws on three traditions: Iasis, systemic healing and archetypal work. It is the feminine counterpart to the Masculine Principle seminar, and the two are presented as a pair, a polarity of presence and flow, structure and feeling, giving and receiving.

What to Expect

The two days center on six archetypes of the feminine: Priestess, Alchemist, Lover, Healer, Warrior and Sage. These are explored in practice rather than only described. Alongside them, the seminar looks at the balance of the roles of daughter, adolescent, mother and woman, and at the passage from innocence through transition to adulthood.

Other themes include:

- Menstruation and the lunar phases, approached as sources of creative rhythm.
- The life transitions of a woman: puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth and menopause.
- Sexuality, companionship and motherhood, including moving from shame and taboo toward dignity, freedom and pleasure.
- The relationship between your inner feminine and masculine principles.
- Systemic work directed toward the women of your lineage, including a cleansing and restoration of the physical and etheric womb.

The methods are guided meditation, systemic constellations and exercises, movement, breath work and dance, which ground feminine presence in the body. Time is also given to sharing in circle. The organizer poses a few reflective questions for the days: how attuned you are to the feminine principle, whether you let it shape your world, and whether you move your roles in balance or get caught in the triangle of victim, perpetrator and savior.

Tzitzikou Panagiota Delistathi works under the name Art of Iasis (Τέχνη Ίασις) and describes her field as psychic, spiritual and systemic healing. Her work includes private sessions, seminars and self-awareness workshops. She teaches within the Iasis Academy and the Systems of Healing (Συστήματα Ίασις) of AnaGennisi.

Before You Go

The seminar is offered in English. Seats are limited, and a deposit secures a place. One seminar is a two-day module, and the full programme consists of four modules.

The organizer states that the practices support people on an energetic, spiritual and emotional level, and on the physical level as well. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment, though they can complement conventional medicine. Words such as "healer", "healing" and "therapy" are used in their spiritual sense, not as medical or psychological treatment, and each participant remains responsible for her own journey.
