Aerial Yoga Teacher Training: Level L1 at Trilogy Sanctuary

Aerial Yoga Teacher Training: Level L1 is a yoga teacher training in La Jolla, California, held at Trilogy Sanctuary. It is the first level of an aerial yoga training, aimed at practitioners who want to study aerial yoga in a structured program rather than only drop into a class.

Trilogy Sanctuary is a yoga and events space in La Jolla with a busy teaching calendar. Alongside its trainings and workshops, it offers around 90 weekly mat and aerial yoga classes, plus special yoga classes. Training here happens inside a community where aerial practice is part of everyday life, not a occasional add-on.

The Place

Trilogy Sanctuary hosts yoga trainings, workshops, dance and music events under one roof. Its regular schedule of mat and aerial classes gives students a way to keep practicing at the same studio once the training days are done.
